The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, the foyer is spotless, and documentation is something that everyone has. I finished it in approximately 15 minutes. Dr. Hsue (pronounced "soo") ran over the full-screen image on a wide screen after a cool machine had mapped my teeth, and after asking several questions, he indicated his suggested course of action. Very sensible and transparent. Good people and a good setting.

From entering, they greeted with kindness. My entire visit everyone acted as if we were friends, Honestly! My 1st visit the Dr went out of his way to invite my parents into the back to explain my procedure and the processes. We laughed, talked of family...I actually took a selfie with him, for my start to finish picture! Awesome team they've got there! I feel comfy, loving my temps I'm working with till I get my implants done after healed up and All the help when I need it. They help, teach AND when needed to get back on track from me slacking... they got me! (I have other health issues, so I've slacked on being faithful to wearing my temp dentures 100%!) I told my mom the office atmosphere, it actually makes me miss managing, billing and working with patients. (I had horrific incident at Dr office I'd worked and managed, haven't worked since, and in one for decades as much as here) They make you feel so comfortable and safe!!! 🤗 I'd recommend them to ANY & EVERY person who asks or needs any dental care! 😁

Not a person to write a Google review... But Dr. Hsue and his team are more than deserving! From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable and welcomed and everyone else you encounter after that makes you feel the same. All exam procedures are explained and gentle.
Meeting Dr. Hsue was a life changing experience! We HONESTLY discussed why I was there, how I got to this point, and what the plan was going to be to fix it. After Dr. Hsue came up with a treatment plan, we discussed the price... But more importantly what I could afford!! I have never been to a Dr. needing specialized care and having the opportunity to sit down face to face with the Dr. and being asked what I could afford to get this done, not just this is price... take it or leave it! To Dr. Hsue it's NOT about money, it's about what he can and wants to do to help!! Unbelievable Experience!!!
If you are looking for any dental service from the routine check-ups and cleanings, ortho, or specialized procedures, PLEASE let this be your first call and I would almost guarantee it will be your last!

Dr. Hsue saved my smile! I'm the kind of person that avoids the dentist at all costs. That kind of ignorance catches up to you in a very painful manner. The scariest part of my experience at west valley dental was the 20 minutes I sat in the car in the parking lot too scared to come in. As soon as I walked in Jenny and the front desk staff made me feel safe and reassured me that I wouldn't be leaving with another car payment in dental fees. Then I met Dr. Hsue and he was so kind and gentle. He explained everything to me and told me what he was going to do with no surprises. When my boyfriend picked me up I was a happy camper. My biggest mistake was waiting so long to come in!

I wish I could give him 0 star. Very unprofessional Dr. Hsu and staff. I would not recommend this place even to my enemy. I am shock that they are still in business. Please check Washington state provider credential. He has so many law suits against him. Don’t go there because of the reviews. all reviews are bought. I had very poor experience 00000/10

Hi! At the beginning I was (scared and nervous )like most people to go to the dentist.
I got a bridge of 4 .My first visit was on Tuesday and I want to be able to work the week without taking days off . I went to my appointment and after 2 hrs later went home took my prescription and rest. Next day 7am no problem at all.no pain nothing bad .and with a new 😁 I been talking a visit per month and very friendly staff fast and they take care very 👍 . special hazel has been very professional and they know what they are doing!! Also Very good PRICES and I think they have the payment options.and they can help you also If you SPEAK SPANISH very satisfied with the service . thank you!!
