Everyone, literally everyone here is a Saint. Alicia, Hazel and Dr. Hsue made me feel like family. The two assistants/hygienists whose names I didn’t get were caring and compassionate. The person who walked me out, I also didn’t get her name, was another branch of perfection from this office. I have already recommended West Valley Dental to my father and coworkers. This dentist office is a 10 out of 10 in every aspect.

OK, time for me to quit procrastinating. Several months back I had a tooth go bad. My dentist at the time came back with we can see you in 3 weeks. Did an internet search and found Dr. Hsue and West Valley Dental, they said come on down. Problem fixed, reasonably pricing and my choppers have never looked so good.
In addition to the good doctor the staff know their jobs and are friendly and personable. That in it self makes me look forward to my visit to the dentist..
As California's Governator once said I'll be back :)

Have been a patient through several generations of dentists at WVD. Dr. Amber Kim was particularly skilled and gentle. Dr. Nguyen is quick, energetic and efficient. I was able to get two extractions and a partial plate done in the same day. I did have to have a prior appt. to get the molds made, but was able to do both in the same day.
Very reasonable prices and they work with your insurance if you have it.
Current staff are friendly, attentive and let you know what to expect.

1st - make sure to look at the age of reviews. :) I think that WVD took original reviews to heart as my experience with them was astounding.
I had to make a "quick" appointment and they got me in within 24 hours and the gal on the phone was very nice. "Good Energy" :)
On arriving for my appointment, the paperwork wasn't over the top and was applicable to a dental office! Very nice. The front staff was quick, efficient and even if you were waiting to check in/out, you felt acknowledged!
Was seen by Dr Su (know it's not spelled that way) ... and his energy and demeanor puts you into a point of believing that you're in the RIGHT Place. As he starts to work - the courtesy level, skill, quick, through and efficient exam was done without pain (astounding).
The care needed was outlined with the billing staff (while still in the exam room) - modified to meet my right now financial situations and the 2 extractions I needed were done in less than 30 minutes.
I will be returning soon for ALL my families dental care needs!!

I could not be happier with DR Hsu and his diverse and friendly staff, I have had several bridges replaced and inured quite an expense. I have scheduled more work in this new year as what I receive in my yearly benefit amount. I noticed as he works, he is very confident in his skills and very assuring of what to expect in his finish work. I cant say much for the location of his office as it looks like the last place one would expect to find a dentist office let alone a good one.(possibly less overhead?) parking is abundant, waiting time is minimal, I noticed that payment plans were available to patients that were in the office that made me feel that Dr Hsu had an above interest in your teeth than what I had felt in other dentist offices. I have another bridge that am asking him to do and I am considering an implant on a molar so my work is extensive.I recommend West Valley highly and his prices seem to more affordable in competitive pricing.I had an industrial accident 35 years ago, as I have gotten older and my mouth and teeth have changed I have elected to do this great amount of work while I am still working and have benefits before I retire. Dr Hsu so far has been spot on in what I can expect for a finish picture of what to expect. Thanks Dr Hsu and staff.
