It has been over 10 years since I have been to this office and I am glad I came back. Our family has had nothing but great customer service. Everyone has been really nice and easy to work with. I would recommend all friends and family to this dentist office.

Staff are friendly and professional. Love that I got offered a blanket when I was cold! They always have my comfort in mind. Dr Merchant is amazing, have had several fillings and he makes it no big deal at all!

Very professional staff Front office quick and efficient . Hygienists are very experienced and provide for a relaxed atmosphere. DR Merchant is always pleasant and a excellent dentist I would recommend him highly.

excellent ambiance when you walk in; comfortable lounge with coffee and drinks too. Very clean and inviting. Front staff are courteous and friendly and efficient and helpful. My hygienist Walt was excellent, friendly, efficient, effective, and helpful. Dr Merchant is always friendly, thorough, and helpful with advice if asked. All in all, this place almost makes going to the dentist 'fun'!! I recommend it.

Unfortunately, I have to change my review after dealing with this clinic more than once. After my first appt about 3 weeks later I received a bill for hundreds of dollars saying if I didn't pay it in full they would send me to collections for a dental cleaning. I work in insurance and made sure with my company and this clinic that I was in network prior to the visit along with asking staff afterwards if I owed anything. They advised I was "good to go". I had to call multiple times to have them bill my insurance and was told it was a clerical error.
Okay I get that mistakes happen. I went about my business scheduling for tmj botox shots. Again I was told by front desk staff they can bill my insurance directly, I did a pre-approval with my insurance to make sure (it is covered) because the shots cost hundreds of dollars. At the time of my appt, after signing waivers and waiting for the doctor to bring back the shots, a front desk staffer says they need my payment now. I question why I was told they could bill my insurance if I had to pay now. I was greeted with attitude, no explanation and that that they needed my payment or the procedure wouldn't be happening. Flustered and put on the spot I asked if they would bill after, again I was told yes and you'll be reimbursed in a few weeks. I gave my card but low and behold no claims have been submitted to my insurance aaand ofc no reimbursement has been made. The dental staff and doctors are great but like the other bad reviews show, billing staff has little to no idea what they are doing. Disappointed as I really did like the medical staff and their level professionalism but it seems billing staff needs some retraining. Will be going elsewhere for my care as I have never had a medical provider be this incompetent with billing insurance.

Dr. Merchant and his team did an excellent job with my recent dental work. They thoroughly explained what they were doing so it wasn't scary. The offices are clean and modern with many more high tech dentistry gadgets than my prior dentist had, and I especially like the background music!
