Made room in schedule for tooth extraction right away when I was in allot of pain. Was gentle listening to my needs since I chose to be awake for it. Even called the next day after my tooth removal to see how I was doing. Have continued to go for dental care. Honestly the best dentistry we have ever experienced. They listen to your lifestyle and preferences. Educate on dental health which has been an amazing learning experience. Made us interested in our dental care even more. If you have lost hope of finding a good dentist give this place a try. They sure have been a blessing for us.

My first appointment was great:) I really enjoyed the educational portion of the experience. They were very nice and had so much to teach me. Unfortunately the follow up was poor. Two weeks after my first appointment/cleaning I had not heard from them. I called to see what was going on with my care plan. Kathy seem extremely irritated that I was calling to hear the next steps. She went on to say that things are done differently there and misquoted me for my treatment plan. I informed her that was pretty low for the amount of work I was expecting. She responded with that was just the first of three treatments. Which then made sense. The entire conversation was harsh and cold. Very judgmental and seemed as if I was a bother. I then went into the office to explain my horrible experience and ask why I was treated that way. She said she didn’t want to go into it. So I just asked for my records so I could take them to another provider. She never once apologized. I hope this review helps you!

I just received a notice from a collection agency that I owe this place money! I went there once for a cleaning while I was pregnant in January. That was completely covered by my insurance and I have not been there since. I have a newborn and don't have time for the dentist. Once a month I still get a call from them asking to come in for a cleaning but not once did they mention I owe them anything!! I am being charged $75 and it doesn't even say for what! Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend going to this place and best believe I will be disputing this.

Dr. Byram is an artist with his tools, and keeps up a witty banter with the assistants. Keeps you distracted and handy with the needle. A lot less pain than I've had with most dentists. He filled in a jagged cavity in my back tooth so smooth, it feels like Kryten's head looks. Thanks!

I've been coming here for 21 years and though I my original dentists and most of his staff have retired, the new crew is just as welcoming, efficient, and authentic. They are so sweet and get the job done in a timely manner.
