I love going to see Dr. Charlie and his team. They make me feel so welcome and actually care about me and my oral/dental health. They remember things about my life outside of the dentist chair and it makes me feel welcome and that they truly care about me as a patient. Kristi is an incredible dental hygienist! I always feel so clean after seeing her. I absolutely hands down recommend Dr. Charlie and his team. Plus they have a GORGEOUS office too! I travel all the way from Seattle just to see this incredible team. Thank you!!

People usually dread going to the dentist but let me tell you, this was a wonderful experience!!! Charles Kim has created a calm oasis in what has become a rather chaotic downtown area! Beginning with the pleasant reception from the charming Carolina at the front desk. Checking in was effortless and the wait time was almost nonexistent. The dental work was pain free, fast and efficient. Christi was also very informative letting me know what she was doing, why she was doing it and what I could do differently to improve my dental health.
Finally, Charles Kim was an absolute delight. He was very friendly, didn’t pressure/scare me into any expensive procedures(which has been a common experience for me elsewhere cough cough Comfort Dental) and let me know what I could benefit from in the future if I did decide to have additional work done. All in all it was an outstanding experience and I am so great full to have found this office!! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to pay Charles Kim a visit for their dental needs!!!

It has a nice 'clean room' but comfy aura about it. Everyone is super nice and cordial. What more can I say? It was the most pleasant experience I ever had getting dental work done. My dental hygienist had an amazing personality and listened to me rant about my dislike of the dentist and she took it all in stride...like Jordan in game 5. When I walked out after 3 visits I was caught up on advanced dental hygiene, re-trained on common dental misconceptions, and with the most thorough (and comfortable) dental cleaning I ever did get.

Not only that, but they didn't try to rip me off with unneeded procedures or products. They did the opposite...

I highly recommend this dental office.

I had a previous experience at a different dental office that was so traumatizing, it scared me away from going to the dentist for years. I feel so lucky that Dr. Charles Kim was the first dentist I went back to after having that bad experience. Not only does Dr. C explain everything that will happen during my appointment, but he is also so gentle and kind. I have had a cleaning and two fillings done. I would trust CK dental and his amazing crew of dental assistants with anything. Thank you for restoring my trust in the dental field!

Dr. Charlie and his staff are top notch. I really appreciate all the new latest and greatest technology they offer for my dental care. Christi the hygienist was awesome and really took the time to explain everything to make my cleaning a very pleasant experience. Dr. Kim and everyone in the office are absolutely wonderful! They make sure you are always comfortable! I love how they explain everything to you so you know what to expect! One of the best dentist experiences I have ever had!

Back in November, my 2-week old baby had signs of a tongue-tie, and with difficulties breastfeeding her, it was imperative to get her evaluated as soon as possible. I called several dentists around my area, and either they didn’t have a provider that could perform that kind of procedure, or they couldn’t see her for at least several weeks to several months. I called Dr. Kim’s office, and they were able to see her the very next morning! During our appointment, Dr. Kim was great about patient education before AND after he evaluated her. He was able to diagnose that she had both a lip and a tongue-tie and was able to remedy both conditions that same morning. He was very caring, reassuring, supportive, and wonderful with handling my baby. He even gave us time after her procedures in a private room to comfort her and feed her, and then followed up with how to continue aftercare with stretches and exercises. My baby did great after he fixed her issues. I would also like to note that the support staff was exceptional and very sweet to us, right from my initial phone call. I would definitely recommend this office, 10/10.

Dr. Kim and his team are absolutely amazing, caring and genuine!! I can't thank you all enough!! There isn't words for stellar Dr. Kim is. Dentists are my nightmare and I'm absolutely terrified to go in and get seen. Dr. Kim and his team are epic!!! He walks you through everything. Kept me calm and secure feeling. Very gentle touch. Which, for someone like me...means the world. ❣️❣️❣️

I haven’t gone to the dentist in a long time because I have severe dental phobia but I started having some dental problems and I was at the point where I had to go. I searched around specifically for places that had reviews saying they were great for people with anxiety, and that’s how I found Charles Kim Dentistry! Right off the bat I was met with understanding. When I showed up and was walking in my heart was already racing. I was treated with kindness and care though and it made me feel so much better and helped me calm down. Carolina at the front desk is very kind and welcoming, I appreciate how friendly she is and how she always has a smile on her face. The hygienist Christi has been super amazing with answering all my questions and teaching me so many things. I enjoy my conversations with her so much. I just had my first dental cleaning today and I was super scared that it was going to hurt really bad and that I was going to have a panic attack, and I couldn’t bring myself to accept using the numbing gel because of some personal problems and so it hurt sometimes because there was no way to avoid that but she was so careful. She was noting my body language and would stop for a moment at the perfect time to give me a break, and she would remind me to breathe. Can’t put into words how much I appreciate her. I was scared to hear the results of what I’d need done about my problematic tooth but Dr. Kim was very kind as he walked me through what was wrong and what I was going to need to be done. I really appreciated him explaining everything to me. He is very nice and gives off a super calming presence which is super comforting.
I really love this place and I am glad I found it and I would recommend this place to everyone, especially for people struggling with dental phobia/anxiety.

I don't have dental phobia but it's always been hard for me to find a dentist that I can feel comfortable with. Since a lot of them I just feel like I'm in the ED of a hospital just waiting forever to be seen and rushed out the door. Not here. I don't even have a chance to sit down before I am brought back. They care about you and your needs. The staff is impeccable and phenomenal. They treat you like a friend and more importantly they truly care about you and how comfortable you are. I never have any pain after my visits and Dr. Kim is the best dentist I have ever been to and his staff is the best dental staff I have ever seen. I have definitely found my forever dentist.
