Friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Timely. Provide good explanations. Don’t feel rushed.
I would appreciate if they selected more mellow and uplifting music - last time it was loud rock and kind of depressing words. Not very relaxing.
I do like the massage option on the dental chairs - helps get my mind of the work being done. 😊

Like most others, if I could, I would give Dr. Dustin and the whole team at Mill Plain and the Tech Center a 10 plus. I went through the process of Dental Implants and I have to say, even with some complications because of my own body, it was so smooth and I actually looked forward to visiting the Dr. on appointment days. He is that gentle giant in my eyes and you will be so impressed with his ability to put you at ease and he has a staff that is second to none. I had the best time. Just my smile has made me a different person and I so thank Dr. Dustin and team. You know it doesn't stop at the Vancouver offices. I started my treatment plan in Portland and there you will find such a dedicated staff and Doctor in Dr. Arthur Gutnik. Like I said, if I could, ALL of Columbia River Dentistry team would receive a 10 plus from me.

A crown that was done by a previous office (Which was purchased by current office) 2 years and one month ago popped off Friday. Just My luck, it happened to be Memorial Day weekend. The text messaging communication system after hours Friday was perfect; I was able to share my information and explain to them the issue. First thing Tuesday, I received a call and an appointment immediately. Dr Dustin and the office prepped the tooth and cleaned up the cement in the crown and re-cemented everything free of charge. What I am bummed about tho is the tooth was initially tapered too much so the crown may again come undone and would need to be replaced with an entirely new crown that I would have to pay for.

Great first experience will have you back without hesitation for follow up dental care. Kara, Wendy and Dr. Dustin continue to exceed my expectations. They created a plan to get my dental care back on track and made corrections to some of my teeth which were worked on by another dentist. Rescheduling is a breeze with Tammy and is very helpful with scheduling appointments. I definitely recommend Columbia River Dentistry for your dental needs.

Great teeth cleaning experience! Savannah was my hygienist and she did the most thorough job of cleaning and polishing my teeth that I have ever had. Great staff and easy location to find.
