Zero complaints! Only applause here! I've already told all my friends both near and far about this EXCEPTIONAL dentist office. I felt good the whole time at the appt from the minute we walked in for our second opinion. Dr. Hsu was very personable, easy to understand, and very confident without being condescending. He said he studied under a world renowned professor of dentistry and has 20+yrs experience with awards and accolades to show! I was so impressed and grateful he spent over 40mins talking with me and making sure all of my questions were answered with clear explanations. I liked his reasoning process. He practices conservative dentistry and did not agree that other things in my son's mouth needed to be done. The other dentist offices may also colorful and fun, but they're much bigger (less personal) and lots more action going on. I liked the more calm environment at Storybook Dental though. It felt like a more personal, one-on-one, caring, and good experience. All went well with my son's anesthesia appt. Actually better than expected! After taking the other xrays, Dr. Hsu said several fillings were required (no crowns or extractions like the other office recommended)! This treatment was a lot less intense than what the original dentist wanted to do. Less cost and less option for nerve damage or future root canals doing it this way. I am so glad I ended up getting a second opinion and that they were able to fit him in several weeks sooner! I definitely recommend this dentist. He said what sets them apart is taking the time to educate the parents. Most dentists don't do that because they don't get paid to do that and it takes time to do it. He does it because it's the right thing to do. He has us as new clients for sure and like I said we've already recommended him several times! We also appreciated the front office staff who were friendly, helpful, and clear with treatment, expectations, and communication!

This place is an amazing dentist to take your kiddos. The atmosphere is great for nervous kids, or all kids! My daughter was treated amazing and they helped her stay calm. She had to have a infected tooth removed, they did it quickly, and made sure she was numb and comfortable!!! This was my first dental procedure to go through with my kids. They are so awesome, and made our experience great! Thank-you Story book Dental!!!!!!

Been bringing my two daughters here for about 4 years now.
The office is very kid-friendly with lots of kid-friendly decor and a sort of fantasy tree kingdom theme in the main room. All very cool.
That only goes so far. The doctors and staff are great, and I trust their recommendations and judgement. They obviously enjoy working with children.
The proof in the pudding is that my children don't fear the dentist. I myself have a deep-seated fear and distrust of dentists. Happy to report that my children may grow up without the trauma that so many adults like me experienced. The folks at Storybook are great, and they have their procedures down pat.
I pay cash for our dental care, and Storybook has always been fair. Very much appreciated.

I have been going to story book dental since they opened. I take my 2 kids. We love it. They are great with my kids and they like going to the dentist!!!! I love how open the office is. I like how they cater to the kids to make it fun and comfortable. I would recommend taking your kids here

The staff is amazing! They are very calm and collected with my rambunctious children and they give them time to acclimate to the cleanings and examines! The doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. They answer all my questions and address all my concerns. Honestly the best place to take your children!

Came in for an appointment because my daughter had a tooth infection and needed laughing gas to help her get numb.
Dr. Hsu was very good and firm with helping my daughter get numb. Procedure went well!

8 thumbs way way up for Dr. Hsu. The smoothest and quietest tooth extraction of a 6 year old. His bedside manner and that of his assistants is amazing and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Wish he was my dentist too haha. My tiny one also wants to add “thank you for everything! Much better”

The best children dental clinic! My son had a 2 crowns on the front baby teeth done at the different clinic. Half a hear later they became loose and there was an infection on the gums. The previous dentist said it's normal and won't pull the tooth out cause doesn't want to traumatize the child. Plus the adult took isn't formed yet. He even tried to show it on the x-rays. The crown tooth started pushing forward and sticking. Still dentist didn't want to pull it out... a week later the took fell out with a little help and adult took was there! Half way out!!! As soon as a second tooth had a bumb on the gums (same like the first tooth) I went to Storybook dental and doctor didn't even ask me if I want my child's tooth pulled, he said right away that in NEEDS to be pulled out because THERE IS AN INFECTION! yes, please do!
