Absolute worst place for anyone to go. Want you to have things done that don’t need done, claim to repair when it isn’t and won’t prescribe antibiotics for relief of pain they caused! Take my advice, don’t go here. X rays, etc. “Dr” stays 30 seconds, won’t even look you in the face. Oh and their “sorry” at the end where they get to reply, don’t believe it either. I had to give 1 star but please subtract 2 from that.

Trash. So disgusted at how they treated me and my fiancé. Would not recommend

This was the worst place to deal with. I made an appointment. Took time off work to be there. Showed up on time to find out they canceled my appointment and wouldn't see me. Dentist was good. But they run customers off.

The team was able to get me scheduled much earlier than anticipated as a new patient and was able to squeeze in my unscheduled cleaning too. Dr. Nichols was very professional and Cammie was service oriented and very efficient.

They were determined to max out my insurance to treat gingivitis before they would fill my cavities. The teeth that were hurting me had to wait until they started their treatment. Wanted $500 from me to start that. That $500 had nothing to do with the work I needed on my teeth. I promptly made an appt in another office. Won’t be returning to Aspen ever

Underground dentistry!

Do not go here for any services. How this place is open is beyond me. They have zero empathy. I had some teeth removed to have a denture put in. When they pulled my top teeth I got a dry socket and when I called 2 days later the Dr. informed me, it typically does not happen on top teeth. Would not see me or nothing. I was left to be in pain for almost a week.

When I went for an inline a week later they were very rough with my mouth to the point I had to tell them "I just had my teeth pulled"

Today I went in for my final denture. After the impression, and them being made I was welcome back with dentures that don't fit. Why take impressions if you are just going to give me a generic denture that doesn't even fit my mouth. As I was talking to the Dr about the fit they were falling out of my mouth. The Dr. told me this was all they could do because everybody's anatomy is different. What does that have to do with taking an impression so you know what my anatomy is. I was asked if there was suction when the impression was removed, I said no. Then to top it all off, I guess today was bring your puppy to work day. Behind the desk the girl up front had her puppy. When I was in the back room I saw her walking through the hallway with her puppy. Really makes you wonder how clean this place really is.

Do not go here, go somewhere else!

DO NOT GO HERE! The front desk staff is awful and disrespectful! I had my dentures done here and my front tooth has already fell out 3 times. They fixed it the first time and it fell out again a week later. I call them to go back and get it fixed again and they try to say I owe them 598$ dollars. I have a bank statement to prove I paid them. The woman on the phone called my 75 year old grandmother a liar and said my card had to of been declined that she knows I didn’t pay. I called corporate and they said I did pay and they would fax them the paperwork saying I did. I filled a complaint on the awful woman at the front desk. She needs to be fired ASAP. She is so unprofessional. It also takes them 20 minutes to answer the phone when you try to call or sometimes they never answer. This place doesn’t ever deserve one star.

Called before noon over a broken tooth. They had a cancellation and was able to get me in at 4:30 that evening. The lady that done the x-rays was very sweet. I do not like going to the dentist. I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist. So they do the X-rays put me in a room. Go through all the steps looking at all my teeth. Then they say ok the dentist will be in to see you soon. My anxiety had almost went away with the compassion and professionalism from the staff that had been treating me so far. Then when they said that the dentist will be in... my anxiety went through the roof again!!! My heart started racing and I started sweating. Then the dentist walked in. Oh course they are wearing mask, but her eyes was kind and you could see the warmth from them. It sounds crazy but my anxiety just “poof” went away. She talked about all of my options. Then said Mrs. Cox will go over my treatment plan with. By this time it was after 5:00 pm. The office was closed and most of the staff had left. We went over my plan and different finance options. Switched things up on the treatment plans. This went on forever. I am not a rich person. I have to penny pinch around every turn. The patience this lady has is remarkable. I say this because it was 7:00 pm when I left her office!! Never ever once did she complain. I did read the reviews but decided to take the leap. I can’t wait to start working on my smile!!! Thank you to the Beckley staff!!

I came in to make an appointment and make a payment for that future appointment. Instead of waiting to make that appointment they went ahead and did my cleaning for me the same day. The whole staff seemed very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my visit.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. I have made 4 trips to this office for my invisible braces to be scheduled incorrectly, not serviced and been rushed out. I have been waiting 6 weeks for my new braces only to be told they didn't order them. Today I have been on hold for 20 minutes and counting trying to understand what the hold up is only to be told it wasn't their problem. Save your time and find a good dentist and professional business to go to. Don't make the same mistake I did.
