when you walk in you feel happy like your a fancy restaurant. The lobby is so roomy and comfortable like your at a luxury hotel. it's really cozy and home feeling. the room from my seat while I was getting my teeth cleaned perfectly was breathing take felt like I was a nature trail. Bridge who did my teeth clean was caring and always made sure I was doing alright. she checked my gum lines so well didn't feel a thing. it's so hard to find a good dentist office in area and this is the one for me. I have been three different dentists office and this is best one!

Grand View Dentistry is the complete package! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and caring dental professionals. I have sensitive teeth and the hygienist, McKayla is always accommodating while providing excellent services and explaining everything before she does it! I can't recommend them enough!

I've never gone to a hygienist that has been more thorough and knowledgeable. She checks more than I knew was possible. The dentist is great and the work I've had done is painless. And the chairs massage! AWESOME! The staff is friendly, helpful and wonderful and view is beautiful. I totally recommend them.

As someone who has dental challenges, it is a comfort knowing the kind of care I will receive at Grand View Dentistry. Always compassionate, knowledgeable and professional in addition the beautiful view of nature surrounding the offices is stunning.

Best dentist office for kids and adults! My children love going to the dentist. Everyone on the staff is super friendly and accommodating. When we walk in it's like visiting family. Even my three year old loves the dentist. Also, Dr Moore is the shot King! I've had lots of dental work done at many different places and Dr Moore is the best at giving shots. It really is just a pinch.

I love Grand View and Dr. Nate. I was in pain and had a bad experience at another well-known dentistry facility earlier that morning (they wouldn't help me). So, I called Grand View and they got me in right away and gave me two options as to how to solve my problem, and let me choose which one fit my budget. Dr. Nate does a fantastic job and I never feel judged there. They have always made sure to help me when I'm in pain. They are a little more expensive than usual, but it is well worth it. I just moved here from Texas and am making Grand View my family dentist.

My whole family has been seeing Dr. Moore and Ann (hygienist) for many many years and we are always so satisfied with their care! Even the receptionists have come to know our family and demonstrate care and concern way beyond "just a dentist" should! :)

I've been to several dental practices in my life, but none have compared to the overall service I have received at Grand View (formerly Barnes & Associates). As a long-time patient of Dr. Barnes (since 1993) and, for the past 8 years, Dr. Moore, I guarantee that one is in trustworthy hands. Dr. Moore is a dentist with a great deal of integrity, skill, patience, knowledge, and understanding of my needs. As an anxious patient with a complicated set of teeth, I have spent countless hours and have had numerous procedures in this office--fillings, root canals, crowns, etc. As a testament to my trust in Dr. Moore, I have referred my spouse and many friends to this dental practice; all have been highly satisfied with the work performed. The office staff (a special shout-out to Deb and Carrie) is top-drawer: welcoming, genuinely caring about their patients, and professional. The waiting area is homey, with coffee, water, comfortable seating, a television, fireplace and beautiful wooded view. It's almost a shame there's never a long wait! The dental assistants are friendly, highly trained, caring, put me at ease, and go the extra mile. For example, Dr. Moore's dental assistant, Melissa, remembers I'm always cold, and thoughtfully has a warm blanket waiting for me at each appointment. My dental hygienist, Bridget, actually makes getting my teeth cleaned enjoyable. She is very friendly, efficient, and explains how the numbers on my examination compare with the previous exam. To ALL the staff at Grand View: Thank you for your outstanding service with a smile! P.S. I especially appreciate the new reminder notifications via email. :-)

I had a crown done on my first visit there after assessment. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The doctor I had was great at answering questions and quick with the work.

They weren't in my insurance network, so it was a bit more expensive even though the percentage covered was the same as "in network" providers.

My insurance company denied the claim for the crown saying there was no evidence it was needed. But it was really because they didn't acknowledge that they got the images and other supporting evidence. It took a refiling, some phone calls, an appeal, and finally a complaint to my HR department to get it resolved. The billing staff at Grand View handled it professionally at every step and insisted that I didn't have to pay the other half while the insurance company problem was being sorted.

If you want a great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff, and are willing to maybe pay a little more, this is a great choice.
