Dr. Moore is objective and informative and never pushes for unnecessary work to be done.
Today I worked with hygienist Amanda (my first time w/her) and she was precise and delicate and effective with her cleaning session, in fact I book another appointment with her.

I went to Grand View Family for a whitening that I won on a raffle. From the moment I walked in and saw their fireplace, layout and design I was instantly comfortable. As I proceeded to the front desk I was greeted by a friendly young women that was very polite and patient with me. I then was called back and the assistant was just as friendly and polite, she did some xrays that was completely painless. The way they do it there I have never experienced elsewhere. She took me to the room, went over things with me very thoroughly and answered all my questions. I then met the doctor and he was polite, knowledgeable, and took his time with me. I didnt feel like just another client. I felt valued and heard. That is what made my decision to switch to them. You wont be disappointed.

Felt like I was in Frank Lloyd Write’s Falling Water house. Beautiful, clean and inviting interiors throughout and e every detail was well thought out.
Top of the line equipments, professional and friendly staffs. Dr. Moore was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything and made sure I left with no questions left. The hygienist Amanda too was very professional and knowledgeable. I loved the ultrasonic cleaning. Very pleased with my visit. They even gave me a full size tooth paste for my sensitive gum. So glad I found a great dentist at my first try after my move to Wisconsin.

I don't typically have a lot of faith with most businesses trying to oversell and push product and services, but I have come to trust and value the advice given from Dr. Moore and Grand View Dentistry.

My seven-year-old had 4 sealants done today and she left there saying that she loved the hygienist, and that it was the best dentist office ever! She was also very surprised when they gave her a fidget for doing so good… she said she was in heaven! 😂

I can't say enough about this facility!! The staff, front desk, checking in, checking out, management and of course our favorite hygienist (Ann) and doctors are all absolutely incredible! Brought my 2 yrs old and 4yrs old in today for wellness check ups for the first time in for our girls and the hygienist was so patient with the kids. Helping to educate to the parent and the kids each step of the way. They were so great with explaining insurance, scheduling the next appointments and being extremely covid friendly with everything going on. Felt safe and comfortable the whole appointment. Truly appreciate everyone at Grand View! Thank you for a wonderful family friendly experience for our girls. My husband and I will be in soon!
