Dr. Laura is so kind, compassionate, and truly listens/cares about her patients. I have referred many patients her way! I have great anxiety (like most people) when it comes to going to the dentist. The office is very clean, modern, and homey feeling. Even during Covid, I had my appointment and felt safe. Word to the wise, check with your insurance though regarding dental x-rays. It seems that every 6 mo I go for my routine cleanings, x-rays are suggested. Apparently this is not checked with the insurance company regarding this being a "covered expense". When I left, I did not have to pay anything, but later received a bill for x-rays from my appointment as my insurance only covers once every 18 mo. I just assumed that it would be a covered expense if they were offering it and no paperwork to sign saying I would owe prior to the exposure. This does not overshadow their great patient care though. Thanks ladies for putting me at ease! I will just make sure to ask regarding the x-ray as a covered expense with my insurance every 18 mo at all my appointments.

Terrible first and second impression. First my son went for his first appointment only to find the doors were locked on a day they were supposed to be open. We didn’t receive a phone call canceling. Giving the benefit of the doubt we rescheduled. I then had my first appointment and when I got there they told me they gave part of my time away and would have to come back to finish it. Apparently when they called and left a message to confirm my appointment I was supposed to call them back confirming back. I was a new patient and didn’t know that. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment and then cancelled my sons that we had rescheduled and left.

Dental Care of Bellevue was excellent to me! I haven’t been to the dentist in 10 years and they made my visit very comfortable. Great atmosphere, polite and friendly staff that make you feel like more than just a number. Will definitely will be coming back for all my dental needs!

Everyone was great, except for the woman who checked me out. She complained loudly that she didn’t have a code from the dentist, so the dentist had to interrupt her work to remind her to look up the treatment plan. She did not apologize to the professional who employs her. Very bad form

I can't thank everyone enough for being so patient with me today. I came in very unprepared. I have new insurance and totally did not know anything about it. Front desk staff very willing to take the steps to figure out where we needed to go. Wish I could remember the girls name who did the x-ray and the impressions. Very gentle. So looking forward to a beautiful smile.
