I don't trust Moira Kraft, her skills (or lack thereof) as a dentist, or her poor attitude. I have based this entire opinion on my experiences with her. During the appointment she constantly spoke with her assistant about her personal life, sharing every detail, and she was unfocused and flighty, haphazardly drilling, seeming to not care about what she was doing. I recall thinking I hope she knows what she is doing. She damaged my teeth so badly two needed to be removed, according to the specialists and doctors and dentists that I ended up needing to see. Also, if you go to her and simply say you're in pain, she shuts down the conversation, which now I believe is to cover up for her incompetence. With my missing teeth that wouldn't be missing if she hadn't been my dentist, I am unable to speak properly and unable to chew food, most things I can no longer eat. One tooth she drilled into the nerve, killing it, then denied it should be hurting, until the tooth disintegrated and started disintegrating my jawbone, caused a terrible infection and abscess. The other, she took a 20 min. phone call in the middle of the appt. and the numbing had worn off which caused a huge amount of pain. I told her this and she ignored me. It didn't feel like the filling was finished and within the coming weeks and months pieces where falling off causing a lot of pain. I told her this a few months after the filling and she said that it looked fine to her, no reason for the pain. When I found another dentist the tooth was so badly fractured from not having a good filling and the tooth being vulnerable from missing parts of the filling, it needed to be removed. Please stay away from Moira Kraft. She ruined my teeth, which affected every aspect of my health and well-being, and she may do the same to you.

Usually who likes to visit the dentist? Most people don’t… right? Well, let me say that you’re going to love these people as much as I do! They’re the best! Friendly, kind, gentle on your teeth but very knowledgeable and efficient. Simply the best experience I’ve ever had in my whole life! Love love! God bless these wonderful staff!

Moved to the De Pere area and needed a dentist for my family. I chose this one because it was close to my child's school and it looked nice to me. My teeth are beautiful but there were a few things that needed to be done and a few fillings that needed to be replaced. After 2 of the fillings were replaced I had severe pain and informed them about it. They said it was "nothing" and the x-rays were good. The pain persisted, waking me up in the middle of the night and hurting every time I ate a meal, even soft items. It hurt and hurt and hurt. During a teeth cleaning the hygienist informed Dr. Kraft that there was swelling under one of the teeth she put a filling in. Dr. Kraft filed down the top ridge of the tooth and said it would be better but it never got better. An abscess formed and became infected before I knew it was an abscess. Went to another dentist in the area and he informed me that the tooth died because the drilling was too deep and drilled into the pulp. I was not listened to and left in pain for a long time by her. The dentist sent me to an endodontist to see about a root canal but it was too late- the tooth was infected and there was too much damage. Due to her carelessness and lack of skill the tooth died and was damaged. The endodonist just kept saying how bad the dental care I received was and he even asked, "Who did this to you?! I want their name and address!" I told him it was Moira Kraft on Broadway in De Pere at De Pere Family Dentistry. I'm a parent, teacher, and volunteer. I've had to work my life around the poor dental care I received and I'm now missing a front molar tooth. Not only that I have reason to believe she tried to hide her mistake by saying "nothing wrong" and "x-rays fine" every time I expressed I was having pain because my new dentist and the endodontist said the tooth died because of her and showed me the x-rays of exactly where and what happened. If she were looking at the x-rays and she were a skilled and competent dentist she would have seen what they saw immediately. I had to go to an oral surgeon and have the tooth extracted and now have a missing tooth. This is really sad to go to a bad dentist and as a result of their incompetence, you lose your teeth.

Margaret is the best oral hygienist! She is a very driven, result minded person in helping you maintain your overall dental health! Both dentists were very professional in performing service to me and detail oriented in placing my implant!

I’ve been very anxious about going to the dentist for a long time, especially during Covid. The staff is SUPER friendly and made me feel welcome despite how uneasy I am about people touching my teeth. All of the patients were separated and had a clean, private space, and I felt their social distancing procedures are very accommodating. Jennifer and Dr. Kraft helped me out, made me laugh, and answered every one of my questions, and didn’t make me feel dumb or embarrassed. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever left a doctor’s office feeling as educated and empowered as I did leaving this office.

My dental hygienist Jennifer and Dr. Kraft were both very amazing! I haven't been to the dentist in almost 4 years and I've never felt more comfortable and valued going as I have here. A very judgment free environment from my experience and I'm happy I took the chance. Would recommend!

Such a kind and caring staff! They fit me in without an appointment, which I really appreciated! Normally I'm quite nervous at the dentist, but they are very calming and I love that they have a therapy dog!

My experience at De Pere Family Dentistry is always a great one. The staff is extremely polite and very through and I enjoy my yearly cleanings, Amy is awesome! Dr. Van Sistine is professional, personable and honest, I value his opinion and know that my teeth are in good hands. I would most definitely recommend.

I had my first appointment today at De Pere Family Dentistry and I was very pleased with the care I received. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Kraft took time to explain things and was very open to any questions I had and was very thorough. My dental hygienist Brooke was also very nice and did a good job. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful when I called to make the appointment. We are new to this area and it is a good feeling to know we found a dental clinic where we can receive excellent care for years to come.
