I have always been fearful of going to the dentist, but when I walk into De Pere Family Dental everyone is so friendly and Dr.Kraft is so nice it takes my mind off of being afraid. The dental work has always been great.

Recently moved to the Green Bay area, and was looking for a family dentist. Had driven by the office, and thought the building looked nice. Looked at the website-was pleased with the amount of information available. Called, and had a great conversation with Sam, the office manager. She was professional, friendly and very helpful. Set up a preliminary appointment, and met with Dr. Van Sistine. Had a solid conversation about my past dental history, plans for moving forward and a tour of the office. Met with a hygienist, who examined me and made notes. Met again with Dr. Van Sistine, talked about insurance and options. Received my EOB, set up appointments, and am up and running. VERY happy with my choice. Love my new hygienist Amy, she has a wonderful touch! My family will all be using this office as well. I highly recommend De Pere Family Dentistry.

I met with Dr. Kraft for an oral exam and Amy for a cleaning. I recently moved to the Green Bay area and De Pere Family Dentistry was recommended to me by a coworker. Dr. Kraft was very friendly and did a very thorough exam and went over my medical history with me in detail which I appreciated and she let me know step by step how each part of the exam went. She also squeezed me in for a cleaning the same day to save me making a second trip. Amy was also very friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Overall I was really satisfied with their service and would recommend it.

Great staff. Great value. Private rooms instead of the big room filled with patients, which is nice! Dr. Kraft is the first dentist I've ever felt comfortable with. She's very down-to-earth, understanding, gentle, and non-judgemental. Sam at the front desk is exceptionally good at what she does and also VERY friendly and upbeat! The hygienist I see is great at her job, friendly, and easy to be around! Highly recommend!!

I've been a patient at DePere Family Dentistry for a number of years and usually visit about 3 times per year.
I appreciate the professionalism and warmth of the entire staff - from Sam, the receptionist to Dr. Van Sistine. Dr. Van Sistine and Dr. Kraft are thorough, they explain what they are doing and why, and they don't believe we should be in pain. The other professional staff show the same professional expertise but also a real concern for the comfort and well being of their patients. It's a great combination. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I've been going to De Pere Family Dentistry for about 4 years now and my daughter has been going the last 2 years (She's 4). I will not go to another dentist as long as they are around and in practice. The staff is friendly and professional. I've never had to wait longer than a few days to get in and be seen. Oftentimes I get in the same day! I appreciate the appointment reminders through a personal phone call, mail, or a text message. The equipment and technology they use is up to date and clean. I noticed that the staff is very good with keeping things clean and not contaminating anything. Everything they use is sanitized, sterilized, and they frequently wash their hands/change their gloves. The staff are great with adults and children alike. I feel confident and at ease with my 4 year old getting a teeth cleaning there. I've never met a 4 year old that LOVES to go to the dentist, but she does, all thanks to Dr. Kraft and the wonderful staff. They talk her through the whole procedure, let her help when she's able to, she gets to pick out cool glasses to wear, and even gets to pick out a prize afterwards. As a parent, you are allowed to come back with your child which is extremely important to me. They're super accommodating and will ask you if you're okay with certain treatments, such as the fluoride polish. I've declined in the past without any issues nor a long-winded lecture. I have nothing bad to say. They're just THAT good. :)
