My family has been coming here for Generations beginning with my mother going to Dr. Van Sistines father To my children seeing Dr. Kraft. We have usually been happy here, but the last 2 times we have been here, we have waited beyond what is acceptable for our appointment. Today we waited 45 minutes! This is unacceptable. 2 other patients arrived after us and were seen right away while we were stuck waiting! The lady at the desk told me the wait was due to “unforeseen circumstances “, which I understand, but having other people come in after me and be seen first Is not the way to manage the situation. A phone call would have been nice to let us know you were an hr behind in appointments, or telling us when we got there so we could make arrangements .Also, when I call there, it takes multiple times for someone to answer the phone- again very frustrating. I probably will give them another chance, but if the poor service continues, I will need to seek another dentist.

Everyone is so friendly. Procedures are explained and there is always clear dialogue regarding x-rays and concerns. Anytime that I've ever had an emergency dental issue, there's been no problem getting in quickly for treatment.
