Im canceling my appt. This is serious business with my son's tooth. I'll go pay out of pocket to a real professional Dentist. I've seen this type of scram in Texas. Why can't the insurance company set up to catch these characters in the act??

Dont have a local oral surgeon and their peds dentist has left. Just to send my records has been a pricey and long process, just to send records mind you. Never going back.

I DROVE OVER 40 MINUTES FOR AN APPT FOR MY SON WHICH THEY SAID THEY CANCELLED AND ONLY SUPPOSEDLY CALLED ME ONCE TO INFORM ME, I NEVER GOT THE CALL. THENTELL ME THEY PUT MY SON INTO AN APPT SLOT THE FOLLWOING WEEK WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH ME. THEN I WENT TO GO HAVE MY PERSONAL RECORDS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE AND THEY WANTED TO CAHRGE ME $12 TO GET THEM TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER OFFICE. LITERALLY TO EMAILT HEM OVER
