Don't get me wrong the staff is friendly. My issues are the constant switching of staff (mainly pediatric dentists) that caused my 3 kids appointments switched constantly. There were times when they called and changed their appointments 2, 3, even 4 times and I ALWAYS was fine with it even though it was a different day. If you're going to change appointments, you should have things available close to or on the same day, not weeks or even months later. The last time they switched my sons appointment I called because the day and time they said it was, which I immediately wrote on the calendar as I was on the phone with the lady, was different than the day and time I was sent in the mail. I called and was told that the supervisor would call me back. I never received that call. When they called about one of my other kids reminder (a month later), I left a message to cancel that and all future appointments for all my kids. If you cared about your clients I would have gotten a call back on the matter. I was not abusive or mean on the phone so there is no excuse for this. Needless to say I took them elsewhere.
And to your response I would like to add that this has been going on for many years. This is nothing new with the constant rescheduling or the switching of staff. We were patients of yours for more than 15 years and there was at least 5 times through the years we received letters that the dentist or hygenist we were working with was no longer with the company. It's sad really.

I have four kids and schedule my appointments well in advance. More then one time, Dental Associates cancels my appointments because someone has quit. And sometimes they don’t even tell you about that until the appointment is near, leaving few options for rescheduling.

This is truly the Walmart of Dentists. They are busy busy busy. The quality is poor and dentists are turning over all the time. It is lower cost than other places I suppose. If that’s really how you shop for your dental care, maybe this is the place for you.

I have not had a problem with Dental Associates in the several years I have been using them. The place I was going to before had me coming in for deep cleanings three times a year, a costly procedure not covered by my insurance. Since switching, I have not had the deep cleanings and have had no problems with my teeth or gums.

My dental hygienist today was Brittany - she was professional, very friendly, and did a great job with my teeth cleaning! Highly recommend!

I’ve had my braces for over 2 years now and they barely have done anything except make my teeth on one side higher than the other. I hate my teeth totally regret coming here. they changed my wire a total of 2 times in 24 months like what? The ortho spends at tops 3 minutes by you. one month the lady took pictures of the wrong side of my mouth even when i told her it was the right side. She made me get my wisdom teeth out so my 12 year mollars would come up all the way and to get my braces off the next month. Nope, it’s been 7 months and there is no change. My second tooth is smaller on one side then the other from when she first bonded the brackets. If I could leave this place I would. Honestly could have gotten vanneers for cheaper. Definetly not worth 8,000 dollars.

My husband's insurance is care plus which only uses dental associates for the provider. A few months ago I went in with a swollen cheek due to an abcessed tooth (well two teeth need to go) and I'm losing bone. The amount after insurance was and is unaffordable to pull and add a bridge or partial. They wanted me to buy their supplemental insurance and even after purchasing that it was around 1200 min. And 12000 for permanent ones added. Now I'm in need of one of my wisdom teeth being pulled but when they quoted me earlier this year for even that it was extremely expensive and that's with insurance. The past couple weeks have been almost unbearable and I'm afraid it's going to cause something worse if it hasn't already. The pain is too much. My husband was discussing this at his work and from what he's heard a number of people have had the same kind of issues regarding pricing and being affordable after they pay for the insurance. Now a number of people are taking it to management and I hope to God something is done fast. It's a well known co. In Sturgeon Bay. ☝ Praying

I love everyone here, great atmosphere and quick to offer help and discuss different options for treatment. I've never felt any pressure to get a more expensive treatment done.

Also Dr Saade is wonderful!

I had two appointments today, one at 8:30 for myself and one at 10:30 for my son. Unfortunately both of those times I had to wait approximately 25 minutes until we were both seen. This has been happening more and more and is making me look at going back to our previous dentist. I had other appointments/errands to run and I was late for both because of the almost 30 minute extra wait after check in. The staff is good, it’s just frustrating having to wait that long for both appointments today.

Very happy with my cleaning today. Hygienist very friendly and efficient and the doctor who examined me was very thorough. I have been a longtime customer of Dental Associates and plan to continue.
