I don't write reviews, but this place deserves it. I have never been so impressed in my life. They are very caring, accommodating, and do everything in their power to help you through it. They gladly explained everything to me, even though I called well over a dozen times confused. Bonnie and Katie were exceptional! Not only did my estimate of $1000 drop to $200, but there overall patient care was incomparable to Aspen Dental where I originally started out at. Highly recommend this dentist!!!

Took my daughter last year the dentist showed me an x-ray that looked to be fairly normal, but stated that my daughter has 2 cavities and I needed to bring her back asap because needed some fillings, bothered by the fact that I didn't see anything of concern on the x-ray I reached out to see my dentist since she was now old enough to go there he informed me that she didn't have any cavities and that her teeth were in perfect condition and that I needed to continue doing what I was doing. So glad that I didn't trust what the dentist here had said

Impossibly long waiting list to get a routine appointment, and when the dental hygienist doesn’t show up, they expect you to reschedule at *their* convenience. If I pulled that stunt as a patient they would bill me for the missed appointment. I have left Dental Associates for a competing (and much more modern!) practice.

dr alshahabi is great, very good bedside manner, made me feel very comfortable and as if he actually cared. After the exam he took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. The assistant Emma if I remember correctly was very polite, she went over the estimate with me and answered any questions I had my only complaint would be the lack of personal hygiene, if you would, if the assistant. In any kind of medical office, everyone working should look professional, how they keep their hair and how they look at work. I worked in a hospital for many years and if I came to work looking the way my assistant did, I would have been sent home. Maybe it was an off day, but other than that dental associates seems like a great office so far!

Not recommended for pediatric dental care. You share a room with everyone else. No privacy. You get a random hygienist so it's a different person every time. Some are good with kids, some are not! They are pretty forceful with kids which surprised me especially seeing how young my kids are. We were just going for the experience and to get the kids used to the dentist. Not really for a full blown cleaning, rhat would have just been a bonus. Looking for better pediatric dental care in the Green Bay area.

Excellent staff. Very personable and made me feel super comfortable. They took time to answer my questions and gave me my treatment options. They also hooked me up with pretty cool care package to help me take care of my teeth. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dentists and staff are nice. Make sure you verify your appointment time. I showed up at my scheduled time and they had my appointment in the computer wrong and I had to leave and reschedule. They also never called or texted to verify my appointment time in advance which could have easily prevented this.

Awful! Numerous cancelled appointments, unnecessary (and not covered) work done. I do not recommend! Customer service is awful. No one can answer your questions or even schedule an appointment without asking for help. They always have to call back and never actually return calls. Prepare to spend days calling the office to get anything done.

I had a cleaning and exam today. Ana was extremely nice like always and my teeth felt great when I left!
They took the necessary precautions during this pandemic.
Thank you for that!
