Nothing but good things to say about the staff and service here. I've had 2 dental emergencies and they were the only place to take me in within a reasonable time. For the 25+ places in the area that claim to offer "emergency dental" on their website, Willow Cove was the only one that actually provided it.

After avoiding a dentist for longer than I care to think about, I was told that I needed a check up for a medical procedure. Just the anxiety of searching for a clinic had me on edge. After reading many reviews, I decided to give Willow Cove a call. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to get me in for my first exam. When I walked through the door, I am sure fear was written all over my face. After a few words with Emily, I was breathing a bit easier. Then I met Kim. What a breath of fresh air!! She explains things so thoroughly, and has you laughing before you know it. She was always concerned about making sure I was not in any pain. I briefly met Dr. Iverson and he was so kind. They didn't judge me for my fears or years of avoiding professional dental care. I don't think I have ever said that I was looking forward to continuing my dental care, but with Willow Cove, I know I don't need to be afraid of going in for the next visit. Thank you for giving me the best dental experience I have had in probably decades.

My tooth broke because of a cavity and I need to be seen right away. My normal dentist was on vacation and I couldn't wait. Dr Iverson was able to fit me in. I went in thinking oh just a fill and maybe a crown. Unfortunately I needed to have my tooth pulled because of other reasons. I was scared & cried (I'm very dramatic) but they took really good care of me, walked me through the entire process and even did a show and tell with me so I understood why extraction was the right choice. My dentist doesn't do that & obviously didn't catch my bone loss either. Emily the front desk woman was amazing. She is the sweetest person, makes you feel very welcome. Not only do they have drinks and snacks for you while you wait, but you also get a blanket and pillow if you choose. How many other dentists do that? By the time I left I decided to switch dentists and come here. Great job Willow Cove. Thank you for everything.

One of the best office visit I've ever had in my whole entire life! Dr. Iverson is super nice. Kim the hygienist made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The front desk gals are so friendly. I am so excited that I've found a new dental place! I look forward to my future appointments!

They were also able to get me in short notice and do my dental work same day. Usually I have to make two appointments with other dental places. I had such an amazing experience at Willow Cove. I am a patient at their sister dental Fox Run in Appleton, but had an emergency tooth issue and was recommended to reach out to Willow Cove to get me in sooner. The same day I called (on the holidays!!) they got me in. Everyone was so kind, and even though I was in an extreme amount of pain, they took amazing care of me by squeezing me between patients. I’ll forever be grateful, and the experience I had makes me want to come back!

Today was guaranteed the best experience I’ve ever had for dental visits. The quality of performance was above average let alone the care and connection to your best interest is very nice to finally experience! They also have the best cafe/snack waiting area for any family or kids waiting for someone to be seen! I also appreciate how amazing and thoughtful the welcoming gift was!
