nice place, great job with the cleaning and the dentist was wonderful. But at the check out, he was charged the full amount for the cleaning because the insurance lady was off and this was his first appointment and the front desk girl didn't know how to take of this. this was embarrassing for my girlfriend who referred me to this place.
the dentist's and office is great though.... maybe they will get a better review from me next time if they can straighten out this insurance stuff first, otherwise I will not be going back there.

Best dentist experience I have ever had! Very clean, welcoming office and wonderful staff. Juliane is an absolute gem and always makes getting my teeth cleaned a great experience. And Dr. Lemke is absolutely wonderful as well!
They are great for the whole family, even my 4 year old likes going to get her teeth cleaned here!
Would highly recommend them to anyone in the Hartland area!

Dr. Lemke has been my Dentist for almost 30 years and he has always used cutting edge technology and displayed tremendous skill whether be be root canals and crowns or as I've gotten into my 60's, extractions and implants.
He has saved me thousands in implants and has always shown great care in my comfort during each of these procedures.

✓ I went to Cloud 9 dentistry after having a more than awful experience with my previous dentist. Amanda met with me and I shared my previous experience with my old dentist and what my concerns were. She was a great listener and very empathetic to my previous experiences. She then listened to my dental needs. I have epilepsy and unfortunately broke my front tooth and chipped my other front tooth while having a seizure while sitting in the passenger seat in our car. Amanda then took some panoramic X-rays while explaining the procedure to me the entire time. She then took some additional X-rays of my mouth using a unique instrument that didn't require the old procedure of biting down on something. It was quick and I was out of the office shortly thereafter. I am happy to say that this dental experience has been great and has restored my faith in dentists.

I would highly recommend Cloud Nine Dentistry! I had a mini tooth implant done. I struggle with having some anxiety when getting any dental work done. Dr Lemke made me feel at ease, explained things very welll and answered all my questions. My mini dental implant went really well and I would encourage anyone considering this procedure to make an appointment, just check it out.
The staff is exceptional as well. I have no regrets, just super glad I did

The place is very modern and clean. The staff was attentive. I waited maybe 10min for my appnt. , which included a free consultation with 3-D imaging, which is a great touch. The interview with the doctor and office Administrator I wasn’t too impressive, I felt like I had to drag out the answers to my questions and I was looking at a complicated procedure(s) also a lot , lot, lot of money. They seemed almost put off when I wanted answers either repeated or explained in a better way.
The bathroom was beautiful and for a great touch is they had small hand towels rolled up in a basket to wash dry your hands with VS papertowrels.
