Professional, efficient, courteous, and caring operation. Mary is my favorite dental hygienist ever — kind, gentle, and compassionate. She’s also amazing with our special needs son (Austism Spectrum), who’s not a fan of dental/doctors offices. Dr Porter is very good, as have been any of the other dentists I’ve seen. Kudos also for explaining things clearly and accessibly.
No pressure sales for additional treatments or services as I’ve experienced in other practices (out of state). Highly recommended.

My son (5yrs, autistic) recently went to Affiliated and we had a wonderful experience. I want to thank the staff for treating my son with respect and speaking to him like a real, intelligent child that is scared of the dentist but just wants to know and understand everything that is and isn't going to happen to him.
This was in contrast to two traumatizing experiences we had at Children's Dental Center of Madison in Fitchburg where my son was forcibly restrained and was inconsolable. I thought that was just how the dentist was going to be and I would have been so wrong to accept that kind of treatment.
Hard to describe just how happy I was after our experience at Affiliated seeing my son successfully navigate procedures that brought him intense anxiety, all because the nurse and doctor were patient and explained everything to him and met him at his level. And never any mention of forced restraint! It brought tears to my eyes.
