New to town, visited their East Side location as they were listed under my provider network for my insurance. Abscessed tooth 2 days after a cleaning, required contacting an on call dentist who's recorded message didn't even identify self as dentist/doctor, as antibiotics and pain pills were necessary. Follow up visit for a filling within days after was lacking, no examination of said tooth. 75 days later and I'm still waiting for billing. Found myself a new dentist, a wonderful provider in Sun Prairie, will be having an extraction of that same tooth soon.
