This dentist office put in a filling on a cavity for me. I paid in full. After the filling it still never felt right. 4 months later I woke up in terrible pain and scheduled an appointment to come back. I came in and sat down in their chair for 15 minutes for the “dentist” to look at my tooth and recommend a root canal now saying they can’t guarantee the filling to work. Sure, fine. But then they tried charging me a $147 fee for my 15 minute referral to a dental surgeon for a root canal that cost $1500 on tooth they worked on 4 months prior! I called and asked them about the $147 charge and they said they “stood by” it which was surprising to me. I decided not to pay it because it felt unjust that they charged me that much for a referral after I feel the dentist messed up on the filling. (She was acting stressed and uncertain during procedure.) They sent the bill to collections so it looks like I’m gonna have to pay it anyway but the point of this review is to stay away from this organization and go down the street to a real dentist.

Laura, the dental hygienist is so wonderful. I’ve gotten my teeth cleaned by her twice and she is just so pleasant from start to finish.

I've been coming to Affiliated for about a year now and I've had nothing but great experiences. Friendly, professional, and personable staff. I've never felt like I'm being overcharged or upsold on a procedure that I might not need. I see Dr. Dendinger and I love her ❤

Peggy was very thorough and professional. I’m very satisfied with my cleaning. The noise at this office is very high. I need to remember to take my noise cancelling headphones,

The staff at Affiliated make going to the dentist almost easy! I have never been more satisfied with a dentist practice and enjoy working with the team. All the dentists are great and it's always possible to get in when you need to be seen. Neil is awesome as well! I'd highly recommend this office.

I have always had a great experience here, everyone is super friendly. I have had bad experiences in the past with other Dentists and they helped put me at ease, especially Peggy! If you are nervous just make sure to tell your technician or Dentist and they are very accommodating. They make sure to clearly explain everything they are doing and make sure you know what options are available to you.

I appreciate how they are handling the pandemic and taking extra precautions to make sure everyone is safe.

Dr. Laura Peles saw my daughter today, and she is wonderful. She’s efficient, clear and thorough when explaining treatment options. I highly recommend!

This was true before and still carries today. Updated practice to accommodate Covid needs and I feel safe. Great service.
I really appreciate the flexibility and personal care that I receive from the staff. My schedule jumps sometimes and they work quickly to accommodate my needs. My teeth are squeaking clean when I leave and I’m updated on potential problems as my old fillings age. Thanks to Neal and Dr Porter for keeping my smile so bright.

Amazing place. The staff is super friendly. Mari is the best hygienist I've ever had. She makes the whole process so much less stressful. Dr. Maggie Budde is an amazing dentist. She and Julie made getting my filling fixed into an efficient and painless process. My family and I won't be going to anyone else.

Drs Susie and Peles, as well as Shelly, have truly been amazing. They have taken very good care of me. Their genuine concern for my comfort and/or pain is so much appreciated. I have several issues that make me more of a challenge and we addressed them all, came up with a plan, and all went very smoothly.

Unfortunately, in between some visits, I had a dental emergency. I accidentally bit on something hard and fractured a molar in four places. This was on a Friday at 2:00 pm, and heading into a three-day holiday weekend. Dr Peles saw me at 2:30, yes, 30 minutes after I called in! She diagnosed the problem and set me up with a plan of action and what to do over the long weekend, if I needed additional help.

I’ve truly never experienced as wonderful of a dentist office as Affiliated Dentists. Even their office staff is great. Megan was a huge help with a financial situation, especially when I had the dental emergency. She got what I needed done right away, correctly, and pleasantly. Otherwise, I would’ve stressed the long weekend wondering about the situation.

I can not recommend any more highly Dr Susie and Affiliated Dentists. Pain-free procedures with trustworthy dentists, assistants, and office staff. Last but not least, I’m high-risk for COVID-19 but, due to the safety practices they have in place, I’ve always felt safe going there during this pandemic.
