I had an overall great experience here. First, there was little to no waiting time when I showed up to my appoint on-time. The receptionist was pleasant and answered my questions gracefully.
Dr. Hwang went over my x-rays, and it's both a blessing and a curse. What I mean by this is that he's very brief and to-the-point. He will tell you every thing he sees, no matter how minuscule (though nothing dental really ever is), and withhold no punches. Yet, he is friendly, professional, and I have steadfast confidence in his judgement. You never want to hear about what's wrong but in the end, it's ultimate good for you (your health).
Jen was the hygienist who performed my cleaning, and I cannot give enough praise for this woman! I felt very comfortable with her at the helms and learned a great deal from her. It felt like I was getting a lecture (in a good way) and a dental cleaning at the same time. She's very easy to talk to and listen to, should you have any cosmetic or preventative questions.
In total, this office has a mildly relaxing, welcoming atmosphere, and the employees all seemed quite content with being there. It sucks they're not open on the weekends or in the evening later part of the week, but it's well worth it if the experience is what I had. A-rating!
Update: I've since had some fillings done, and I have nothing but positive experiences holistically with this place. A++!

I’ve been to this dental office for all my recent services and they’re great! Just had my cleaning done today and in my past experiences with other offices it has been pretty painful but today it was much more acceptable and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful as usual. Really happy I chose these folks - makes me actually want to keep coming back!

They actually took the time to explain the cause and effect of different Dental issues, and what the procedures they were doing did to your teeth and the reasons for doing it. This is the first time I've been to a dentist and actually understood what was going on and the reasoning behind it. Now that I understand how different Dental issues work and affect your overall dental health, I know what I need to do outside of the office to keep my dental health at its peak and prevent other m,ore serious issues. Best dental experience to date!

(Also, very cognizant of sensitive areas and how to be as gentle and pain - free as possible.)

My first visit I saw Dr. Lee, and I apologize forget the name of her assistant. They where very professional taking many x rays and then examining each and every tooth. Dr. Lee was very pleasant and also had a good rapport with her assistant. A happy group of people makes a nice atmosphere. Dr Lee explained her findings and recommendations in a manner I could understand.
I actually appreciated the two step method, as I was not there for hours.
The next trip was the cleaning which was done in about an hour. Professional and I felt they did a good job. A nice thing is they don't make you sit in the waiting room for hours. They keep to their schedule.

I requested an emergency appointment for the following day, and they were happy to accommodate my request. Laura, the dental assistant, was warm and thorough. Additionally, Dr. Hwang was friendly and compassionate. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I’m looking forward to my follow-up visit with this great team!

I really appreciate Dr. Hwang's professional exam and kindness to my son. I also would like to thank Ms. Natalie, the dental hygienist, for her detailed explanation about tooth care. My son and I felt comfortable during the exam and that was awesome experience for him who always has been hating dental clinics.

I've been going to this Midwest Dental for over a year now, and I've always had a good experience with the staff. The dental assistants are very kind and attentive to cleaning my teeth, so I leave the office without any teeth stains. In addition, Dr. Tregoning is very efficient in making sure my teeth are in good health.

Dr. T and the hygienists I have worked with have all been extremely pleasant. I always had a slight phobia of visiting the dentist and that has been alleviated by Dr. T and the staff at Midwest Dental. My only dislike is that occasionally when you call to make an appointment you may have to leave a message and wait for a call back.

Dr. T (not to be confused with Mr. T) was wonderfully explanative in my new patient exam. He did a thorough review of records and comprehensive assessment of the current state of my oral health. He gave a quick, but relevant oral health education with details no other dentist has given me. It's nice to be informed of what's going on in my own mouth. Love this place!

My family has been going to Dr. T for around 20 years. He has always explained what is going on with me and my kids teeth in a non judgemental way that I appreciate. They are always very friendly when I walk in and during the appointment. My kids are now adults and still go to Midwest Dental. Quality care at a reasonable price.
