Tim F. 1-29-21 A Wonderful Hygienist. I am older and she was very patient, understanding, listened and was non-judgmental. All Staff was very helpful. COVID Protocols and Procedures were followed Great experience.

I was looking for a new dentist since we just moved to the area and I was not disappointed! The office staff is very friendly and helpful and Dr. Lee was FABULOUS! When I went in for my initial appointment/exam, they even were able to get me in for a cleaning later that day because someone else had cancelled - going above and beyond to make things more convenient for me.

I went to Midwest many times. Dr. Lee's assistant, Chelsea, is such a nice lady. She took great care of my teeth, very professional, patient and funny. She made you feel like at home.

Fantastic! I needed fillings right away because of other commitments, and couldn't get in with my usual dentist, so I scheduled with Dr. Shrestha. The work was on my middle front teeth--very visible. That's a high-pressure situation for a dentist who's never seen me before! And frankly, I was nervous about it. But she was confident and did a great job. She even localized the anesthetic for me so I would quickly regain feeling. I am so grateful to Dr. Shrestha for her care.

I needed a crown re cemented and they fit me in right away and did a great, thorough job of a quick x ray and re cement. Hygienist and Dr Shrestha both were friendly and quick!

Would not recommend at all. Will do an exam, no problem. But if you want a cleaning, it will be $129 AFTER INSURANCE.
Terrible experience, never had anything like it at any dentist office before(and hopefully never again).

Haven't gone in yet but just the scheduling has already thrown me off in my choice to come here. I tried scheduling through email which was a bad choice; it takes a week for someone to reply. I mentioned I wanted a specific time frame and that was missed so I had to do the "per my last email" thing and that took another week to be replied to. Granted, I did eventually get a time that I wanted but then I ended up missing it for personal reasons and when I called to reschedule the lady on the phone told me she wouldn't schedule me again because I was going to keep missing the visits (..maybe consider some customer service training). She said I missed my last TWO visits, the one I was calling to reschedule and one from another month back. Then she went on to say that when they called on the phone for those appointments, I didn't answer. Thing is, I only ever scheduled one appointment and they didn't even have my phone number... we had been communicating over email. They had some completely random number on file and I never received a call. Maybe they're looking at someone else's file (if so, hopefully that person got their visit sorted out too)............... Regardless, I am now rescheduled and they now have my actual phone number, plus my office phone just in case. Awaiting my visit and will update :/ hoping the office visit will improve the experience. Will also use phone from now on.

I was dreading picking a new dentist when I moved here but these guys are awesome, super clean, very friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and they always give me a free thing of floss and toothpaste when I leave! I highly recommend!

The staff were courteous, polite & professional. The office & work stations were clean & sterile. The hygienist was informative as to what procedures were going to take place & the purpose for them. Overall a very pleasant experience!

I have gone to Midwest Dental for years, and they always provide excellent care. The hygienist, Afi, does a great job. Dr. Tregoning does excellent work, including complicated procedures such as crowns.
