I had to cancel an appointment for a simple filling 6 days before the appointment date . Two days later I got a letter from them quote : " I understand you will be finding another dentist for your treatment . We believe you will be more comfortable receiving your dental services from another dentist as well. Thomas Graf D.D.S. "
I do not know if they act so unprofessionally to the extend of taking their time to send out hate letters to every canceled appoint .
