This place is amazing, and i am so happy we found it! I am so impressed by how well they do with both my daughters. I never would have imagined my daughters actually getting excited about going to the dentist. We drive 1 hour and 30 mins for appointments, but it is well worth it. Highly recommend.

Staff is very friendly and committed to giving kids an enjoyable and comfortable experience so I’m sad that I had a bad experience here. This was my daughter’s first dental procedure so I asked if I could go back with her and was told no. She was nervous but went back and did a great job. The problem was that I never met the doctor, wasn’t shown the room where the procedure would take place, didn’t have anyone explain to me what was going to happen or how long it would take, etc. When I expressed that I wasn’t comfortable with her being alone, as did my husband, we weren’t given much explanation as why other than vague reasoning. I would have been much more comfortable and understanding if they walked me back to show me where the procedure would be and took the time to explain things. It didn’t seem like our concerns as parents were respected or considered. We canceled all future appointments which was hard because I had high hopes of staying with First Impressions with all three of my children’s care as they grow.

Always happy with our visits to First Impressions! Wanda and Samantha at the front desk gave a warm, cheery welcome. My daughters said Tuesday and Michelle were fun and friendly. Michelle did a great job of explaining what was going to be done before the visit, and again with details after the cleaning and exam. It was nice to chat with Dr. Meghan.
