Today was my first visit and I was pretty nervous. But Tori took me back to the exam room and put me right at ease. She was thoughtful and really cared. Then I met Dr. Nathan who was wonderful. He was kind and offered honest & doable options for me and explained them so I could understand them. From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted by the friendly office staff. I’m not a big fan of dentistry but this office made me feel so comfortable! FIVE STARS FOR SURE!

I was given extra good care today by both the Doctor and his assistant. They made sure I was comfortable during my treatment. In the end I was extremely happy with the way I had two cavities filled in a difficult area, an area where my previous dentist didn’t properly take care of the issue. Happy to be going to this dentist and his entire staff.

Going to the dentist is NOT one of my favorite things! But I recently had to have an old filling replaced and a new one done. Dr Nathan did it quickly and painlessly. Makes me feel more comfortable when I need to have work done. Everyone at Rhinelander Dental is SO nice!

The front office personnel were sure a big help getting my wife scheduled later in the day when we had the big snow storm on Thursday, Dec.15. They also helped us get out earlier knowing we were tight on our next appointment back in Crandon. Service was fantastic. They are always helpful in setting up appointments when needed.

I was not told in advance that a cleaning was going to cost almost $350. They knew I was a new patient; that they would require full x-rays or that I could bring mine from previously or have them sent over; that I would need them before doing ANYTHING. They need to be more informative, with full disclosure! So I drove 45 miles there, and 45 back, "wasted" the antibiotics I need to take prior to a dental appointment and 2 hours out of my day. Very poor service!!!

Although I have been a patient at this practice for many years, this was the first time I have been treated by Dr. Linder. I had a bone injection into my jaw to strengthen the area around the tooth and an implanted tooth. It was unbelievable how painless the entire process was. I would highly recommend having implant dentistry completed here.

The office was able to get my mother, even as a new patient, in quickly for an emergency appointment. Dr. Nathan was able to diagnose the issue and offer a reasonable fix. He was very generous to explain patiently and cleary what needed to be done to my mom, who is 97. A great experience and I appreciated the time he took with her.
