Our family of six have been coming to complete family for about 14 years and today was the first time I felt not very welcomed. The front staff has always known my family or myself by name and have been nothing but helpful to us. Today I felt the receptionist was very rude. I even noticed that she was rude with other patients as well. The other thing that came up that has got me thinking about leaving is that I had a crown done today and I have to wait almost a month to get my permanent one put on. I know that it not good to have a temp on for that long. That makes me think there is now issues with over scheduling

Dr Karen and all the staff at CFD are absolutely wonderful. They are exceptional at what they do, and they take pride in it. I have never waited more than five minutes in the waiting room for any of my appointments. They are always willing to work around my schedule when making appointments. They also have appointment reminders via text, e-mail, and phone. They always call after every appointment to see how you are feeling and if you have any questions or concerns. I inquired about Invisalign, and Dr. Joel stopped in at the end of my exam to see if I was a candidate. I am very impressed with their commitment to patient care.

I wasted my time by visiting here for my son. They don't perform any pediatric treatment but receptions takes the appointment for kids.
If you think your kid might have some dental problem then visit pediatric dentist and avoid visiting them.
