I had a cleaning today with Hali. She did a fine job as usual. Then the dentist came to examine me. I believe it was Dr. Cathleen Raz. Upon learning that I do not participate in perio-charting, she began to grill me as to why. When I told her that I'd rather not say, she launched into a diatribe on why perio-charting is necessary. I did not appreciate being treated this way. I signed a waiver years ago to forgo this procedure. I should not be grilled as to why each time I come in. I come in for cleanings 3 times a year and will look for a new dentist if I continue to be treated this way.

I called to make an appointment and all I hear is sorry can I put you on hold which was no problem. Then when my turn came up, she asked me how may I help you? I told her my problem and she put me on hold again. Are we playing Marco Polo or getting an appointment! if your office is that busy then you better treat your customers first come first serve. I don’t mind to wait but don’t try to put me on hold and collect as many people as you can on hold. Let the damn phone ring and who wants your service would wait or even automated answering machine.
