I absolutely love everyone at Family Dental Care. They are polite, willing to listen when you have something to say, and don't brush off your concerns. Dr. Norman takes great care with those with anxiety and fears. I have a severe phobia of needles and he is always willing to take extra time to soothe my unease, and let me settle if the pain gets to be too much. He is never rushed, and never makes you feel unimportant.

Dr. Norman is a great dentist and puts his patients on the top of the priority list. This fella' calls me the night of an appointment to make sure everything feels okay. He calls personally. Not an assistant or automated service. He does this for every one of his patients. He has TV's above every chair so you can enjoy a show while your getting your work done. If I could give more stars I would.
