Fairbanks Family Dental Care

I don't like the dentist but at Fairbanks Family Dental Care they have managed to make me feel less like I'm at the dentist and more like a comfortable learning experience that keeps me wanting to keep learning. I have never been walked through the steps of my apt and explained in detail what and why they are doing something, I was in the know the entire time of my appointment. Stacy has the best bedside manners better then some nurses I've had to experience and she cares about you as a person and wants to be sure you are comfortable at all times. Dr. Todd explained all of my treatment in detail and let me know all of my options. My smile is improving and I'm no longer in pain after a recent appointment I had. Thank you for treating me as the most important part of my appointment. I love the improvements to my smile and look forward to future appointments.

We just moved to Fairbanks two months ago and I started looking for a dental practice and started reading all the great reviews about this practice and wanted to give it a try. OMG! First time and I have to tell you I was so impressed and happy with all the great care my daughter received starting from the front office through check out, great people. Amanda, the dental Hygienist was so wonderful with my daughter who is on the spectrum. She had so much patience with her. Thank you Amanda, you are awesome😊. And thank you to the dentist and to all the staff. 😊🙏

Such a nice place and the people that work there are just super informative and are gentle on the teeth when necessary. Walk you through the steps being taken and also give you tips of the trade to help you do you on your own time. Felt right at home and made you feel like a person instead of the whole in and out and on with the next one. Also suggested products that will help you have great teeth/gum health. Overall just a great experience and atmosphere. Will be going here for now.

I would recommend if you’re looking for a good dental practice this is it.! The staff is so warm and welcoming as well as having the utmost care for their patients. Very general care…take it from someone who is not particularly fond of dentist. They all have made me very comfortable and at ease. Thank you to all the staff and doctors. Recently moved up here and took both of my kids in, ages 4 and 9. Everyone was absolutely amazing from when I first called to make the appointments to when we left! My 9 year old went with the hygienist first. She was incredibly nice and my 9 year old was comfortable going with her so I could stay with my 4 year old. Amanda was the hygienist for my 4 year old. She is absolutely amazing with kids! Her personality is so warm and welcoming and she made sure my 4 year was comfortable every step of the way. The dentist was also just as kind and patient with my toddler. Front desk and office staff were amazing and kept me in the loop about my 9 year old. I appreciate everyone here and I am so happy to have found such a wonderful dental office!

Let me start by saying, I have never been a huge fan of the dentist. But I had a wonderful experience. I was encouraged to bring my 8.5 month old to get them accustomed to the atmosphere and the staff was so patient with us! Highly recommend. Especially for families.

This was my son’s first dental experience at 15 mo old and he did great because their staff was welcoming! They were so good with kids!

Their app was great to get all our info ahead of time and easy to make the morning quick and simple! Definitely will continue our care here

Fantastic staff. Hygienist explained what she was doing in plain English, dentist let me choose my own care path and I left with my teeth feeling clean. Facility appeared to be clean and tasteful and my daughter (9 yrs) enjoyed her cleaning as well. I recommend.

I had an old crown break off. They had a cancellation so I got in within 45 minutes of the call! They were super nice, I got a thorough exam, and I’m getting the crown replaced in a timely manner. I am a new patient who had looked into switching dentists last summer. I am so glad I did! Their membership plan beats a lot of dental insurance plans I’ve had in the past. I’m getting the cost of the plan back in savings within the first month. I left there with a treatment plan and appointments scheduled.

This is definitely a quality over quantity business. They have the best people for someone like me who is terrified of the dentist and avoided one for 12 years. TWO different ladies came back to hold my hand when I needed to have numbing injections and they always made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They work hard with insurance companies so it’s less out of pocket for you and never leave you in the dark. Whenever anyone asks me which dental office I go to, I always tell them Family Dental Care!
