For somewhere that has Family in the business name, they are not set up for children. They had my 7 year old in tears during X-rays because they don’t have children size equipment and he was hurt and the lady dong them kept yelling at him. They never did get full clear pictures so they gave up and still charged me. My younger son had to be referred somewhere else because he was too little and needs dental work. I was charged for X-rays even though I am pregnant and didn’t have X-rays done. Not somewhere I will return.

Doctor seems to do good dental work but never talks very much so hard to get to know him or even ask questions , thus it’s sometimes hard to feel comfortable Maybe he has his reasons so no big deal because I didn’t go there to make a friend anyway.

Horrible horrible horrible! Went in for a root canal and crown. While getting the fitting for my crown it didn't fit. I kept telling him it wasn't biting together right. He kept grinding the crown but it wasn't working so he decided to drill down my healthy teeth on the bottom to fit the crown from the top. The crown was basically a flat tooth , it had no grooves in it. I have very deep grooves. A year later I developed a bad abscess in my root because the dentist had not cleaned it out properly and it had become infected. The infection was so bad that it spread to my sinus cavity and the abscess literally popped and then drained into my sinus cavity. I then developed a fever and sinus infection. I then had to go on antibiotics twice to get rid of the infection, them had to go to an endodontist to redo the root canal which had failed, due to him not getting all the roots. Now the crappy crown that was done has cracked into pieces and I'm not paying to get a new crown. All of this has cost me over 1500$ in addition to his charges. I have Tricare, so good insurance too. After the initial root canal that he did I changed to a different dentist, and he told me that he routinely fixes mistakes that this guy makes. Save your teeth, don't go to this guy.

Careful with this place they are very dishonest. I went in for my last cleaning for the year that my insurance covers, and they charged me for additional services and I didn't even see the dentist! They don't answer their phones at all. I called three times to discuss my bill and no answer. Don't waste you time at this place!
