Wyoming Cosmetic & Family Dental

I have been in multiple times for different things, and each time I am more disappointed. My last experience was when I had to have a crown done and in the process, they broke a filling on a separate tooth and I was told they would put in a temporary filling but that one would also need a crown now. I felt like it was extremely pricey and left feeling taken advantage of. My more recent experience was when a filling came out of a different tooth. I called to see how soon I could get in (it's extremely uncomfortable) and was told by the receptionist that he didn't have any openings, but they could "maybe get me in in a few days".... when I explained that wouldn't work because I have no filling in the tooth, she said, " Well I think that's okay, it should be fine." Dental staff need to understand the needs of the patients. I am again underwhelmed.

Cleaned teeth immediately after the exam. Largest Dental environment I have experienced with quality still there. My first visit as a new patient and everything was complementary. My next visit for a filling is competitive and great when the cleaning, exam with xrays are included. These people are open on Fridays and Saturdays that were a big benefit too. Fancy website.

Don’t go here ... and just to let everyone know that are viewing their reviews ... that most of the 5 stars are from their clients that were offered a Starbucks gift card!!! I was told to give 5 stars and leave a good comment to receive one ... They are all over the place and unprofessional... and will bill you for stuff you have never received ! I have paid thousands of dollars this year up front ... not to include having dental insurance and I’ve only had one procedure done ... but I still have managed to have a thousand dollar bill sitting !!! Save your self the time and find another dentist because this office isn’t it PLEASEEEEEEE!!!!!

These guys are absolute crooks. Twice, I was told my exam and X-rays would be free of charge. Yet, I just received a bill from my insurance totaling $259.70. (a few weeks prior, I had an exam and X-rays done at a different office in town. My appointment with WCFD was to get a second opinion. WCFD had my prior X-rays and diagnosis from my recent exam. I insisted new X-rays we’re not necessary, however WCFD said don’t worry the new X-rays and exam would be free.)

I plan to sue WCFD in the Laramie County Circuit Court for fraud.. It’s not about the money. It’s about this companies inability to stay true to their word. WCFD needs to be held accountable and I feel confident the Laramie County Circuit Court will hold WCFD accountable.

Jason Whiting and WCFD clearly lack proper morals and ethics.

In addition, I will be filing a complaint with the Wyoming Board of Dental Examiners.

Dr. Whiting is the ONLY dentist that I trust. I have had a lifetime of dentist just not really care or listen. But Dr. Whiting listen to my fears, my wants and we always come up with a plan. It’s why all my family comes here. I loved Meghan. She’s definitely my favorite hygienist there. If you want the best you’ll come to Wyoming Cosmetic and Family Dental!

I went 20 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork but was told they were in a staff meeting. I came back 10 minutes later to fill out paperwork that took roughly 15 minutes to fill out everything and was taken back to the exam room shortly after. The hygiene tech was not very friendly and after 45 minutes of taking numerous exrays and doing her exam told me that they didn't have time for me and I'd have to come back for my cleaning. Then Dr. Whiting came in to check the xrays before sending me off to the scheduler that explained I needed thousands of dollars of work done when my last dentist said nothing of the sort just 6 months prior. Overall I feel dr. Whitings staff is inadequately trained and dr Whiting does what he can to milk you for all he can get and I will not be back.

They were so friendly and easy going. This was my first time going to the dentist without my mom and they made me feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Witing if you want professional and easy service.

I had a broken tooth that needed looked at I was there for maybe 20 minutes for that. They decided due to the condition of the tooth yo pull it. They had it scheduled for an hour later and that maybe took 30 minutes over all. Quick and great dental work done I would highly recommend to family and friends.

when i called and scheduled my appointment , i specifically told the receptionist that i wanted my cleaning that day because i had trouble getting time off of work for appointments , she said no problem. they called me to come in early and i did but after the initial examination, i was told that i would need to come back for my cleaning, that i needed things done to my teeth that i did not need, i went to my old dentist and my teeth are fine, this place is a scam just to get more appointments and money out of the client , and have them pay for things that they dont need

I never have had a primary dentist, and when I got dental insurance through my job I went to Wyoming Cosmetics & Family Dentisry. The staff has always been fast and pleasant and they always make suggestions for my next visit. I have never had to worry about billing, and all my questions about co pays were answered up front. The office staff also does a great job with reminders. Dr. Rawlins is also very quick and friendly. I will recommend.
