WOW!! What a great experience! It had been a little bit since I had been to the dentist! Elizabeth was FANTABULOUS! She told me everything she was doing and explained she found. She put me right at ease through the whole thing. Dentist Dr. Whiting came in and he too made me fell at complete ease. He looked at what meds I was on, looked at what Elizabeth had done, asked me questions, came up with a plan. Can you tell yet I am so happy I chose here to the place for all my dental needs!!! Thank you all so much!!! Let me not forget the front desk and the check out ladies!!! They were amazing too!! I didn't write your names down and I'm horrible with names!!!!

I've had ups and downs with these guys for years. First negative, then positive, now negative again. They want 20% down when I schedule. Really? They claim this has always been their policy but I guess they pick and choose when to enforce it. I can pay when I show up no problem but to not even book me without paying 20% is absolutely ridiculous.

I also scheduled to get more than one crown done, and they only booked me for one after I was clear that I needed to get more than one done. One crown was covered under warranty, and they knew this and there were notes that the dentist wanted to do both of them and they still only scheduled one.

All the staff was super friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable. The dental process was painless. Everyone did an amazing job.

Dr. Whiting is an exceptional Dentist providing virtually painless treatment.Service includes treatment of most dental procedures including Crowns, Root Canals Extractions and Implants. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for the very best in Dental care.

Dr. Whiting is the best dentist that I have been to hands down. The staff is always friendly and I always feel welcome as soon as I walk in the door. The office is always clean and I've never had a bad experience!

Irony! Giving Dr. Whiting and staff 5 stars for a root canal and crown, but Dr. Whiting is and excellent dentist and for all the stress that I put myself through prior to the procedure they put me at ease as much as I would possibly get. Thanks Doc and all staff.

I can NOT say enough good things about this dental office. I flew into Wyoming last night from Henderson where I live and my tooth abscessed swelling up my entire face. I have no insurance and was horrified at what it was going to cost me to get it fixed. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Aleana and Taryn at the front desk. When she told me they would do a complimentary exam because I had no insurance and I did not live in Wyoming I just about broke in to tears of joy. Then Shelby took me to the back and seated me and I lost it. I began crying from the embarrassment of the condition of my teeth. I didn't even want to open my mouth. She was so kind and compassionate I just love her and how she talked me through it. Then Dr. Whiting came in and again with compassion told me exactly what was wrong and what I needed to do once I return home. He wrote me a prescription for antibiotics to take care of the infection. Next, I saw the office manager Jen. She too was so kind and compassionate and told me the meds should help me feel better and told me when I get back home I needed to treat the problem. She wished me well and that was it. No charge and surrounded by the most caring people I've ever come across. Do yourself and your family a favor and go see this dentist. You will never want to see any other dentist again. I promise. Thank you Wyoming cosmetic & family dental. YOU ARE A STEP ABOVE ALL THE OTHERS. And your old fashioned bed side manners and caring staff is truly a blessing. Thank you all for helping me.

They were way to expensive-. Then he didn't complete what he told me he was going to do after he found out I wouldn't pay that much for the procedure. I needed a chipped tooth fixed and asked it be smoothed out a little. Not very happy at all. I ended up going to a more confident dentist....

At first, I was very happy with this dentist, but after a few bad experiences I have finally had it and have decided to switch dentists. After being billed for things like xrays, when I didn't even get xrays with my teeth cleaning, I started questioning if this was the dentist for me. In addition to that charge, this dentist also charges for an oral hygiene consult with your teeth cleaning. I don't think that a hygienist telling you to brush and floss amounts to $60. What topped it all off is my 6 year old daughter having to get a cavity fixed. The dentist had HORRIBLE bedside manners and told my daughter to "stop it" when she was terrified of the procedure, rather than taking his time to make sure she felt comfortable to continue, seeing as this was the first time she had ever had this type of work done. After a week, the crown on the tooth with the cavity fell off on a Friday. I called first thing the next week and they told me that the dentist was on vacation until the following week so my daughter would have to wait but it would not cause any problems. HOWEVER, when taking my daughter in today, they advised us that she would have to come back because of "extensive" damage to her tooth that would take longer than the 30 minutes they scheduled for her. Not only was this a waste of time to show up to this appt but when I called to talk to the office manager she wanted to deflect everything and make it seem like it was more our fault than anything.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE!!

Everytime I have this dental tech if that’s the right term that cleans my teeth( I don’t remember her name) but it’s a great experience. Easy to talk to and makes me feel right at home. Thank you to the entire staff for being welcoming and so friendly.
