Very Friendly staff. I felt like my first visit was my tenth. I did feel the practice did have a Invisalign heavy prescense, if I could afford it I would. I do feel like they were just trying to help me have a better smile. I recommend this place to everyone

Valley Smiles was recommended to me by my mom who knows all about my dentist anxiety. Super clean and nice office. Everyone at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming! Bethanie was my hygienist and she was great! She could tell I was uncomfortable and offered to put numbing cream on my gums. Dr Deatherage was super nice. Dr. Coleman is a very nice and qualified professional, but sadly the staff seems to be poorly organized. I had 6+ visits for Invisalign treatments with scheduling errors occurring with each treatment. Billing was also an issue as the front office did not keep a record of past payments. Bottom line, you will receive quality care, however you will be given the run around and a headache if you choose to be treated here. I would plan to go elsewhere for my dental care.

This is a professionally run organization. I have been using their services for many years and their service has been excellent. I have had to go to them at least two times for emergency help with a broken tooth and they worked me in the same day to address my issues.
