Everything was fine except for a strong scent of “something” i.e., candle, spray, that was so strong that it triggered a headache for me. You should really be mindful of people who have reactions to scents. In my opinion, it was really not needed. I sat in the waiting are for at least 30 minutes feeling miserable. My hygienist was great!

Went to Valley Smiles today for my first dentist appointment in 17 years. I hadn't been to one since getting out of the Navy due to a traumatic experience back in boot camp. Needless to say, I wasn't expecting a great time or prognosis. While the news received wasn't exactly awesome, the visit itself was. The ladies that work at the front desk, the hygienist, and the dentist were all great and also very friendly and informative. I would highly recommend Valley Smiles to anyone. It is now our family's permanent dentist office and I can easily say that after just a single visit. I might also add that they were fantastic in dealing with my 4 year old toddler who wasn't exactly cooperative and my wife was very pleased as well. I know that I am not anxious about going back to a dentist office anymore! Have already got future appointments set up. On a side note, I requested Dr. Coleman from reading reviews, but I sincerely don't think that you could go wrong with anyone at this location. Thanks Valley Smiles!

Best dental experience ever! Myranda was my hygienist and she did an amazing job. Not only at cleaning but at putting me at ease. I tend to have a mild case of dentist visit anxiety😊. But my entire experience was pleasant and I don’t dread my next visit!!

From the start they were incredibly polite and accommodating. I had been working with a previous dentist and needed a new office to finish the work and they were able to get me in quickly. The staff here is so nice and they seem to love what they do. Dr. Coleman was excellent and the assistant was amazing, she certainly knew what she was doing and made me comfortable the entire time I was there. I’m very happy that I made the switch and I look forward to recommending them to friends and family!

Honestly I was 10 minutes late to my assigned appointment. The people there, however, were and are so awesome, they didn't rush me or my cleaning, they still took their time and made sure I was taken care of and addressed any and all of my concerns. I am never disappointed by not only the service but the staff and Docs. I cannot praise them enough! I recommend them to anyone.
