Friendly staff, clean facility with up to date equipment. Hygienist took time to make sure things were done correctly and the Dentist backed up everything was good. Teeth are clean and I feel confident they will be in good shape over the next six months. Six months gone and I’m back it’s just as pleasant as before, they even have some new high tech 3D scanning systems. No problems with the teeth so hopefully it will be the same six months from now.

I visited the office just yesterday and the more I think about it the more I can’t help but feel taken advantage of. I was in some serious pain and the assistant who took me back and did my xrays was competent and very nice and a sweet girl, I liked Dr. Coleman but my issue is why someone couldn’t tell me before hand that we don’t pull teeth here, I was given the option of a root canal by a endodontist or pulled by an oral surgeon. I just think that should be something told to patients before service is rendered and your charged. I took off of work and basically it was a wasted no pay day now I’ve had to take off today to go see a dentist that will pull it. Also the Dr asked was I allergic to anything, I’m not, so gives me penicillin and tramadol, I said tramadol makes me very nauseous and it doesn’t do anything for pain…especially a toothache, Dr said well just use ibuprofen. I’ve been hurting for almost a week and had to suffer through Christmas on ibuprofen. I’m not a pill chasing fool but something a little stronger for what all I’ve been through isn’t to much to ask I don’t think, especially when it’s not known how long I’d have to wait to get it fixed. So I’d recommend this place but if you have a an abscesses tooth ask them before hand can you pull it here.
