I really like the hygienist and the Dr. However, the receptionist and scheduling needs to change. I have been in unbearable pain since I saw the Dr. I need a tooth extraction and bridge. The receptionist will not take me seriously and when asked if she has consulted with the doctor to find out if he wants me in sooner than I’m scheduled for I was told “the doctor doesn’t set the schedule”. No duh! But I’m sure he doesn’t want me to sit in severe pain until Feb. 9 😳
