The hygienist and Doctor are great. But, their scheduling department needs a major overhaul. Showed up for my second appointment and they said I wasn’t scheduled that day. Showed up for my most recent appointment and they said I wasn’t scheduled. I even had the confirmation post card and text saying I was scheduled. Was told too bad come back another day.

Amazing job for all staff at this office. Started with a quick phone call to setup our 1st appointment with a quick turnaround on availability. Once at the office check in was easy and before we had time to complete electronic check in they were ready. The staff went to work right away. Once done they completed my checkout, scheduled my next cleaning appointment, gave me a goody bag and a flower⚘. That is amazing customer service. Very pleased!!!
