I’ve always loved Southern Dentistry! I have been a patient of Dr. Nebrig’s for at least 4-5 years. I always tell people about them, also. It just seems over the last year or so they have got extremely busier & their appointments book up fast and you might have to wait to get an appointment if you’re not in pain. Not to mention today, I had an appointment at the Daphne office & I had to call back to make the follow up appointment. I literally was left on hold for 13 minutes. When she picked the phone up, she answered like who originally answered had forgot I was sitting on hold.

Called today as a new patient without insurance, bad tooth ache, Friday after lunch and leaving for a 7 day cruise on Sunday. After calling around I was losing hope of getting seen. However, when I called southern dentistry Taylor said she may have a cancellation late in the day and took my name and number. Not expecting a return call, I kept calling around with no luck. At 3:41 Taylor called me and said they could get me in today! I was super impressed that she was that concerned about me especially late on a Friday. They quickly got me back and I was seen by Dr. Robinson. They diagnosed my problem and we agreed on a treatment plan within 15 minutes. Dr Robinson was so pleasant and made it clear that she was confident and knowledgeable. I have my follow up appointment for after my vacay but am so thankful to know I won’t need emergency dental work in the middle of the Caribbean!
