This was my initial appointment after moving to the Dothan area. I was promptly greeted in a very friendly manner by all staff. Promptly taken back, I think even a few minutes before my appointment time. Kayla quickly put me at ease and explained how the appointment would go and although I wasn’t technically scheduled for a cleaning, she was able to take care of that which I was happy I wouldn’t have to make a follow up appointment to take care of it. The dentist was very nice, he was gentle and explained what he was doing and joked that they wouldn’t make any money off me since I don’t need any work done. This was a very positive experience for someone who is deathly afraid of dental work.

Dr. D and his assistant were very kind and thoughtful in letting me take little breaks during the procedure. And when I had a coughing spell, due to my allergies making my throat dry, they stopped what they were doing and let me get control of my cough and offered me water. You just don't often realize that the little things you do, can make such a big difference, since I have such great anxiety. It was nice to find people that still care. Thank you.
