Dr Dougherty is an excellent as a dentist and his fees are very reasonable. He is gentle, and he respects and cares for his patients. I am one who has phobias with dental work. I don't numb up easily, and I am always anxious when I have appointments. Dr. Dougherty demonstrates that he cares about me as a person. He is very sensitive to my issues, and does his best to make me comfortable. His pricing is fair too. As most know, dentistry is a very subjective industry. The same set of teeth can have very different repair recommendations and costs depending where you go, even in the same area. I was cautious when I changed to him 5 yrs ago. Dr. Dougherty has certainly earned my trust.

I have been a patient of Professional Lane Dental for over 6 years and I have never experienced better care and more friendly & compassionate care givers and helpful office staff. Wini, Karen & Jolinda in the business office are very polite and helpful. Kelli is one of Dr. Hein's assistants and she is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Hein is the best dentist around and by far the friendliest and most caring. Professional Lane Dental's entire staff are very professional and they all make you feel like part of their family! I have never waited longer than 15 minutes in the lobby for any of my appointments. I highly recommend that you use their services, you won't be disappointed.

Good ol’ fashioned racism! Still alive and well... I visited “Professional” Lane dental Monday because I believed I had a chipped tooth. I was looked at and rushed out and told nothing was wrong. After I was done I came back to the front desk and sat to wait for my husband which I told her prior to going in the back to be seen that I would wait for him to come back because he had an appointment himself during the same time frame and he would pay the bill after I finished (which I’m guessing is why they wouldn’t do anything about my tooth even though he PAID THEM) she said that was fine because payment isn’t due until afterwards. I sat to wait on him and the lady at the front desk reminds me once again of the price as if she hadn’t already emphasized it before I went back to be seen. Very rude! I realized there was something off about the staff and the dentists and requested my xrays to be emailed to me and she said she would send it. I waited hours with no reply. So I called and got ignored several times. I finally sent my husband to go pick them up for me and she tells him that I requested them earlier!! Very tacky because obviously you ignored my requests purposely. I hate to believe that racism played a part in my experience here but I strongly believe it did. I won’t be returning to say the least.
