Now they switch to no Medicaid with little to no notice when I had my appointment coming up I believe in less than a month and urgently needed to keep said appointment due to dental issues. Their website is misleading. The website states which insurance they take, however, upon calling to verify the front desk clerk says they do not take that insurance. I understand policies do change, however, it’s just frustrating.
