From first walking in I was greeted by a very professional and friendly employee. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. All the staff in the office is exceptional, from the front office, the X-ray tech, the dental hygienist, the dentist, and the office manager!! So happy I chose Aspen Dental!!

Excellent staff from the Clerk, Assistants, Dentist, and The Office Manager. Definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs professional dental work. The travel is well worth it.

My daughter had a root canal couple months ago. They order a cap to go on it. The dentist damaged it. Then they order the second charge her for both of the caps. So she had to pay for both over 900 each. She shouldn't have pay for one the dentist mess up. One of the caps should be removed from her account.

2nd time they cancelled my appt. The first time they had the courtesy to at least call while I was on the bridge heading there in the pouring rain. The 2nd they didn't even call me, just let me show up on time to tell me there were "no dentists here today"....what the hell? Finding somewhere else, I don't have time to move my schedule around over and over (Daphne location)

The staff is very professional and courteous . I would recommend them to anyone . I'm a nervous Nelly when it comes to being seen by the dentist, but , they made me feel very comfortable..

This is by far the worst aspen dental. I had to take kids to school this morning and I have been in horrible tooth pain to where I can’t berry eat now. I went to the ER because the pain. Called about the emergency dentist appointment and guess what they won’t do it so I had to wait till the 27 3 weeks of waiting. I got to my appointment at 8:15 (I called no one answered) walked in waited at the front desk for 5 to 10 mins and then get told I have to be rescheduled due to it being 8:25am. I do not recommend this place and one of the front people are rude on the phone

Great experience with Aspen dental so far.
My only concern is not actually sure on the route or type of dentures I'll be getting but plan to ask afew more questions on that today when I go back in for cleaning.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. I drove 2 1/2 hours to be told that because I didn't confirm mine and my children's appts they filled our slots with someone else. I told I confirmed by phone and also called the call center to confirm and also confirmed by email. The receptionist who I later found out was also the office manager said that she saw where I called the call center to confirm and that I also confirmed via email, but they still had the appts on hold and filled the slots with someone else. I have never heard of anything like this in my life. Not only will I never go back but I will be contacting this office everyday until I can speak with one of the owners and I will tell everyone not to use Aspen Dental ever.

lovely office, sweet personal, easy to talk with and very helpful in every way from treatments plans to Insurance. Very organized and knowledgeable about Insurances which is awesome! I look forward to having my dental work done here at Aspen Dental.

NEVER USE THIS CHAIN! Went today 9/7/22 after making appointment 10 days ago.I have an infected tooth...swollen so bad.Went to office and they had made a 5 minute appointment for a tooth they pulled 8 months ago,even though I explained everything when I made appointment.They charged me $101 for this.Left there after 2 1/2 hours having to find a dentist now!
