I rate this as 4-star because it is my first visit and I am looking forward to a continuing relationship.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly without freshly baked cookies. (No cookies)
Beyond the administrative side, I was made comfortable and every step of my procedure was explained and then discussed WITH ME! I honestly had a say in each step (other than just saying no and walking out).
The fact that I never felt pain during or after the process is an expected but often not realized result.
On the way out I was happily informed that the insurance would pay much more than I had expected.
I have a return appointment scheduled after which I fully expect to upgrade to 5-Stars baring a real 180 of the above described
experience.

I am happy give this dental group 5 stars after repeated visits by my wife and me. This is now our family dentist!
11/3/22. I happily restart a 5 Star rating for Sittason Dentists. I have been attended to by both the Junior members of the firm and several of the technicians on staff.
I continue to call this MY DENTIST and have the upmost confidence in their abilities and their integrity.

Had a tooth extracted. I let Mr David know about the the last dentist I went to an what had happened. An he listened an was very gentle. Well as gentle as he could be. I couldn't be more pleased. 10/10 recommend! The whole staff is as friendly as can be!!

My entire experience was a pleasant and relaxing experience. I do not suffer anxiety related to dental processes but I despise feeling as if I am being treated like cattle at the stockyard or just a number in line. From smiles and joviality at the front desk to personable and caring treatment by the hygienist and Dr. Payton during the exam and treatment, everyone and everything was excellent.
