Everyone in this office is great. My anxiety level used to be a level 10 just thinking about going to the dentist, but Dr. David reassured me everything would be fine .He is very gentle and kind, his assistant Amy is great as well. My kids love Ms. Tonya they always want her to clean their teeth. Jennifer in the front is super sweet. If you are looking for a dentist in Hartselle give them a shot, they will ensure you receive the very best care for all your dental needs.

My husband and I were looking forward to using this place, it came highly recommend from people he worked with; even tho it had been years since he had seen a dentist, but he knew he needed to get a few teeth pulled so he could start on having his fixed. Yes I am glad they could take him the same day as I called them. But it cost us $315 to have 2 teeth pulled on Monday, but they also let us know that if we couldn't afford to have both teeth pulled we'd have to reschedule when we had the money and wouldn't touch him unless we had the money to pay up front, but told us if we couldn't afford the $315 upfront we could pay $170 for 1 and reschedule when we had the money for the other tooth, even tho my husband was clearly in pain and his face was swollen, (the people that recommend them to us were in shock because they said all they ever paid was the co-pays of $35, they have the same insurance as us) his mouth is still sore, they didn't put stiches in where they pulled them out, plus he had to ask for pain meds because they weren't going to give him anything for pain. I called them Tuesday asking for them to email us a receipt and they still have not sent us an email. The main dentist did a lil of the work and his apprentice did the rest of the work, I'm glad to know that my husband was a guinea pig and we still had to pay all of that up front and now almost 5 days later my husband is still sore and hurting where instead of the dentist doing it he let an apprentice to do it and we had to pay double for the apprentice, so this way they both got paid. And still haven't received the receipt.

Now days, you barely get what you pay for and a lot of times don’t get what you pay for or what you need. Well, in the 2 appointments I’ve had with Sittason Dentistry, they’ve surprised me by going the extra mile and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Go here if you want that too

As normal throughout several years of my getting dental work done by Dr David Sittason, I’m completely happy with services performed and the friendliness of the employees! I’ve never had a complaint or dissatisfaction to express after a visit there! Well done!
Follow-up, months later. The good words above still apply to several visits over many months. One big difference is that it is not only Dr David Sittason and his staff. Now, it is Dr David and his sons, Dr Payton Sittason and Dr Blair Sittason. The staff includes David’s wife, Jennifer (mother of Payton and Blair), and she was running the office! It really is The Sittason Family Dentistry! 🤗

It’s always a great experience when I go Dr. Sittason’s office for any dental work. He and his staff are very professional and make you feel at ease from the time you walk in the door. I’ll be the first to say that no one likes to go to the dentist’s office but I never feel like that with Dr. Sittason. He is always friendly and treats me like an old friend.
