Apex Dental

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and they did an excellent job. I did not feel the discomfort from the dental work that I have felt at visits with other practitioners. Dr. English and Apex staff are the best!

My daughter worked for him. When they hired her he knew she needed more training. When she would try to work he would huff and puff at her which made her more nervous instead of teaching her. When he let her go he said their personalities didn’t fit and she was to shaky. Wouldn’t u be shaky with someone like that??? He basically told her that her certificate she got hurt her more than helped. Now after years of wanting to be an assistant and go into dental hygiene she says she doesn’t want to because she feels like she can’t do it. He basically ruined her dream. I don’t feel like u should treat ur employees like that. We should uplift and not tear people down and ruin what they wanted to do with their life. He should have never hired her if he didn’t want to teach. His assistant would also yell at her and told her that’s how u learn. The assistant also told her to do something wrong and she got blamed so she told him it wasn’t her. We was told this was the real reason he let her go. I feel he owes her an apology and to tell her she shouldn’t give up on herself. How would he like it if it was his child???

Dr. English is a fantastic dentist. He does high quality professional work and can work with your budget/alternatives if you don't have dental insurance. He also creates a fun relaxed environment! My family loves him, even my 5 year old!

I strongly recommend to stay away from Apex Dental. I got 3 fillings done there and they’re absolutely awful! My whole tooth that got the filling feels like a bowl and has no grooves anymore! I’ve never had fillings that felt this, he was very rough and put lots of pressure in my mouth. I overheard some very inappropriate things he was saying towards his employees as I was waiting! Stay away, you only get one set of teeth!!

I wish I cold give zero stars. I came to this place an an emergency. I called in and ask if they were in network with my insurance and was told yes. The dentist took one picture. Look at my mouth and told me the pain should go away and if it do to call back. Of course the pain never stop. I called back 2 weeks later to set a follow up all good made a appointment. Not until i take off work and get back in office, I am now told im out of network and owe a bill. I'm a bill for what he did absolutely nothing. Im taking this issue to the BBB because they tying to put the charge on my credit

I love Apex!!! The staff is very professional and sensitive to your needs. They work with you financially as well. I’m usually nervous when it comes to the dentist but when I’m there I am at ease. Great service overall!!

I love this place bc they really make it easy to schedule an appointment. The receptionist, Ashley, always answers the phone with a smile. The hygienists are so friendly. Love this LOCAL dentist and his friendly staff!

For those of you who have any form of dental anxiety this is the dentist for you!!! I've had so many horrible experiences and they were by far the most calming and accommodating office I've ever been to. Going back for myself and my family. Thank you Dr. English and staff!

They provide a great and friendly atomsphere. I do not enjoy a visit to the dentist's office, but there they provide a very casual and comfortable environment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a better experience.
