Everyone was exceptionally kind and professional during my visit. Dr. Krempa was absolutely fantastic and explained every procedure I required in great detail. The atmosphere was uplifting, the office very clean, and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I also experienced a personal issue upon leaving, and two of the lovely ladies that worked here not only came out to my car to check on me, but brought me some water and invited me back inside and told me I could stay as long as I wished until I recovered and please let them know if I needed anything at all. I can not speak highly enough about Southern Smiles or give them enough stars. So far they have been amazing with me got me in right away and got two teeth pulled the same day and then made me an emergency appointment without hesitating. They gave me the meds l needed and on Monday will be pulling that one as well. I want to thank all the staff and doctors for there patience and kindness during this very painful time. I would go here again anytime. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Alex Krempa is an amazing dentist, he changed my life. I had a large wisdom tooth that grew in side ways, it gave me the blues for years. It was said by one of his associates I’d need dental surgery for this tooth but he got it out. I’m forever thankful for his executive decision to get that thing out of my mouth. God bless him and his staff!

5 stars! 10/10! 100% have and would recommend Dr Krempa to anybody needing an extraction. He was so quick and it didn’t event hurt. I was mortally terrified going in but his staff was amazing!!! The first nurse was so sweet and explained it all to me. The second nurse, when she saw me scared as I was she was right there to hold my hand, let me know I’d be okay, put me at ease as much as she could. The actual extraction part took maybe 30 seconds tops, no exaggeration. The price was so affordable and they got me in so fast. If you’ve been putting off dental work because of money, this is the place to go. I was thinking cheaper would mean the work wasn’t quality work. WRONG. It was better than my best hopes going in. Thank you Dr Krempa!!!

I wouldn't recommend this dentist office to no one! They good reviews are first visits reviews not on going patients. ive been a patient here for a few years and i can tell you now they're 100% all about money and doesn't give a care about the patient what so ever. DR.Krempa was my doctor and was very rude and mean he either hate his job are just certain patients. The service is over priced and horrrrible! I lelf the office in tears after seeing my finish smile. They're super rude if you have any issues are concerns after care. Front desk is rep has the most nastiest attitude I've ever seen. Money is all they care about. I believe everyone should be treated like an human being with are without insurance. I was denied an appt for follow up for adjustments on the horrible work they did ! I was told i would need to pay in advance for an appointment smh just wow!(rep Debbie).After being told i couldn't schedule an follow up appoint, i ask for a copy of my records that i previous paid for and was denied MY OWN RECORDS. Not only did they jack up my teeth they violated my rights to my own records. I've filed an complaint with the board of Dental and currently filing a lawsuit. Worst experience and treatment I've ever had. I will try to attach the recorded phone call to this review listen for your self smh very disgusting to listen to. My personal experience was horrible I hope others are better...

I had an appointment on 01/12/23 I saw the dentist and the found out that they didn’t take my insurance. So I couldn’t finish my appointment. But the staff was very nice and helpful to me. And all that they did for me the doctor said no change. Praise be to God for such beautiful people.

The team makes going to the dentist enjoyable (even relaxing for this mom). Angela and Dr. Krempa are great! Clean and cozy facilities. Worth the 2 hour drive for me.

My experience with Southern Smiles has been spectacular. When I initially called, I was desperately looking for a dentist because I had a horrible toothache. Dr. Krempa was able to get me in within the week. I ended up getting a root canal and a crown. Each visit was absolutely pleasant. The office staff, assistant, and Dr. Krempa went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I have definitely found a new lifelong dentist office. 😊
