Prior to the pandemic I was a client, and loyal one at that. But with safety precautions, I decided to stick to my strict schedule of work and home during those times. So, that meant no appointments unless absolute necessary! I tried my best to avoid the public.
As things recently lifted, I’ve gotten back into the groove of regular life. So, I called to make an appointment to catch up on dental care, and I also had a dental emergency.
The receptionist was courteous and updated all my information, but I noticed she wouldn’t schedule my appointment after I thoroughly explained my situation. She continued and asked for my insurance information, in which I text a front/back picture of it, and she stated that she or the coordinator would reach back out to me to schedule my appointment.
Well, that was 1 month ago. I’m still waiting on my appointment😟 And I got the run around.
I never try to come off as entitled, but this has made me feel as if Dental Care isn’t interested in servicing me.
So, I had to accept it and I’m currently searching for a new dental home.

The staff here is awesome. I’ve never been so excited to visit the dentist. Lauren was so sweet and helpful with getting me scheduled. They made me feel so welcomed. The hygienist took her time with cleaning my teeth while giving me very helpful information. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs
