If you want 5 Star service from the first call all the way through the process this is the gold standard of dental customer service and care. Lauren and Alesha made a short turnaround happen for putting a crown back on with a very short notice. Hygienist, dentist, and admin were superb as well in patient care skills. Man, I hate asking to be seen for what I perceived as an emergency. These folks are popular so I tried to hold off. But the pain became even too much for me so I called Lauren. I told her it “wasn’t too bad” but I would happily accept any opening they had coming up resulting from an appointment cancellation. She was her usual concerned and empathetic self, assuring me that she’d try her best.
Oh, less than 30 minutes later, she called me back. She said “an opening…”. I didn’t let her finish; I just said “I’ll take it.” And she laughed.
Dr. Skalnik even called in a script for me to hold me over until the appointment. A day and a half later, I was in the chair and within 10 minutes, he fixed a minor malocclusion. Bam. I was pain free. Fantastic staff, extremely responsive, and like family. Oh - and if you don’t get that I’m highly recommending them - I most definitely am. :)

I have had a lot of family things going on lately. Dr. Skalnick and his staff were very gracious for all the scheduling changes I had to make. I had a veneer come off on the front and, as you can imagine, I was horrified. I was able to get an appt immediately and get it taken care of. I thank them all!!
